Very bad experience. They don't reply to your return requests. I purchased they Heavenly Dreams Goose Down Pillow: The product is ok, but is not suitable for my sleeping habits.

Have sent them three emails within the 30-day trial, no reply from them.

This is poor customer service to say, but I would call it more like a scam. Requested a chargeback through my bank.

I wanted to return the pillow. I never slept on it. It was not right for me but they would only accept it if it was returned in the original box. You have to take a photo of it in box before they will accept a return. Impossible as it came vacuum sealed. I sent them photos of the pillow but could not get it back in box and asked them if there was another way. Never heard back. Had to keep it and I will not be using it. Poor customer service. Forgot to mention a pillow is over $100.00...

Same as others. Worst customer service. Pillow didn't work and I've sent 3 emails, called (mailbox was full), and tried to chat on their website. Awful do not buy!

No response. No customer service. No return instructions. Worse company I have ever dealt with. Will only buy through Amazon from now on as the return procedure is a breeze. If it's not sold on Amazon, then I won't buy it. Restlinens is a scam.

If I could give zero stars I would give the service the worst, you can't make a return, they don't even contact you, although the website says something completely different, don't contact this company, I'll call the bank to get my $500 back, the pillows are uncomfortable, very dense, you can't sleep on them Not recommended Service very very bad you’ll never back your money

Similar issues as others when trying to return these. They say they have 24/7 customer service which is absolutely a lie. No one has picked up either chats or emails requesting a return and refund. Voicemail box said it was full and then I was able to leave a voicemail. No response. Buyer beware of lies about customer service and return policy.

My complaint about this company is their return policy. 30 day money back is claimed.
I returned my product after 2 days and one month later still no refund. Texted, emailed, tried chat on the site and no reply. Out $230.00

I love the quality of the pillow but it’s too dense and not squishy enough for me. I called and left a VM, no return call. Reached out via email and asked how to return and order a softer one. They replied after 3 days on what one to order but gave me no instructions on how to return my original within the limited time. I called again VM is full. I wrote again, no reply. Wrote again, no reply. Jury is out on their customer service. I would like to buy the more expensive pillow and don’t want to be stuck with one I don’t want cuz it was expensive too. Will write a good review if they ever get back to me.

I purchased a pillow from Rest Linens. The pillow was good quality, but very uncomfortable. They "offer" a free return with 30 days of you don't like it. However, the first problem is they won't respond to the emails I sent multiple times to the
email address they say to contact them for returns. So, after numerous
attempts to contact them with no
response I finally said I would
contact my credit card. Then they
responded quickly. They told me I
have to pay for the return and the
pillow has to be in brand new
condition with any and all paperwork.
As an alternative they offered my a 15% refund.
Horrible customer service and subpar products. Would not do
business with again.
