Restore Datashred レビュー

Carl maintained a high level of professionalism throughout his visit.

He followed the signing in/out procedure as requested, and just got on with the job promptly and efficiently.

Thank you Carl for your exceptional service!

Carl arrived at our workplace and was very kind and considerate of the environment. Carl was pleasant and friendly to speak to and he took care to ensure that he could support us throughout our buildings and pick up what he needed. A very friendly face and I welcome him back into my workplace. Thanks Carl

Booking process was speedy and efficient.

Great customer service from Calum Saville which is much appreciated.

Professional yet friendly with super quick responses. I got a better deal then previous companies used and the service was a quick turnaround. Very happy will use again.

Carried out everything properly, professionally and punctually.

The staff at bedwas were very helpful and pleasantn nas were the staff on the phone

The whole process, delivery and collection of bags, was done on time and with care and courtesy. This was overseen by Calum Saville who was always readily available, reassuring and patient beyond the call of duty. He also navigated me carefully through the payment process which is complicated by rather confusing screens which do in my view need some attention.

Restore Data Shred were everything I needed them to be when we temporarily closed our office space to complete a refit.
It was a perfect time to remove all those redundant documents that we had accrued over the last for years.
Their large shred bin was wonderful. People found it quite cathartic

Absolutely marvellous, very professional and friendly. Thank you so much for helping me with my dostadning!

Easy to book and dud the job quickly

Friendly,polite

Failed to provide service, still attempting to invoice us!

Restore Datashred issued us with BOTH a Waste Transfer note AND a Data Destruction Certificate, despite not performing any service at all!!! Their certificates appear not to be worth the paper they are written on. Naturally I cannot recommend at all.

I always have a great experience with Restore. Today I had Luke Davies come to collect a large amount of records for shredding. He was great! He went the extra mile to get as many sacks as his truck would hold. He was friendly, and very hardworking. I would gladly have him back to collect more for us. All the engineers and account managers are great. I have no complaints at all, just praise for a job well done.

From the initial contact to the pick up, everthing was organized and handled very professionally.

Callum made my day. 100% professional and with a human touch. Give the man a bonus! I was pleased he was interested to take my feedback on the website which needs redesigning for people with visual impairment - it is not user friendly. However Callum - 10/10.

Nice to talk to someone who understands your needs , very accommodating guy who makes a point of respecting you as a person , thanks Callum

Easy to organise our collection.
On time, polite, courteous, informative, and helpful.
Great service, as always.

Great service throughout,Shamsull was lovely, kept us informed all the way through and any changes that we needed to make very fast and responsive!

Ive recently used the shed service to clear out a lot of old paperwork and they have been extremely helpful and very polite in arranging and removing the paperwork.

Ive now committed to using them for every collection needed.
