Terrible service. I bought their always on sale packages and I bought 3 packages individually sales person didn’t warn me that it will expire in 3 months and sold me 3.They have no flexibility when I called their head office incredibly rude! When i questioned their policy, She said they gave me enough time to use my package not listening talking over me. So i paid forward for their service for no reason and punished for my goodwill. They are still selling the packages at the same price.Laser clinics at Bondi is so much better option!

Honour the confirmation email for a booking. Don’t wait until walking into treatment room to say there is a problem with the account. Have some common respect to your customers.

I’m not the only customer that has experienced poor service! Hundreds of complaints and poor reviews.

And I did speak to customer service team and they didn’t care. Asked to speak to supervisor didn’t care.

They then have tried to cover their side by canceling all appointments that have been booked and confirmed! I have sent messages via Facebook which have been ignored!
They are now pretending they’d like to speak to me!

If you have experienced this treatment take them to VCAT!

Unprofessional, and completely misleading. Staff were rude and unhelpful. They also advertise sales but are really a limited 3-month promo—this was not clearly stated, and when I tried to book, I was met with zero goodwill or flexibility. They also don’t return calls or follow up, making the whole experience frustrating. I will never return and would strongly advise others to stay away. Don’t bother using this service. I would recommend using the Aesthetic skin clinic Geelong if looking for helpful Staff! I will be lodging a complaint to ACCC and consumer affairs.

Promised an extension on my unused facial packages which were due to expire and told that it was confirmed with head office. Then was convinced that I had to also buy LED light treatment to go with the facial. Booked in for the next appointment in the office with the existing packages. Then turned up to the appointment the next week only to be told my packages had expired and I had to pay full price for that treatment. Told they would file a complaint on my behalf with head office and someone would call me the next day. No one called me for a week. I called them only to be told it's my fault and that I should have paid attention to my reminder e-mails. Zero accountability taken for their actions in all this and making false promises and selling me things I can't now use. Spoken to on the phone by the lady in head office like I was dirt on the bottom of her shoe. Absolute lack of self awareness. These people will have no issues with wasting your time, draining your money for no reason other than to massage their own egos.

Worst service ever. They rescheduled my appointment to Sunday, then cancelled last minute claiming someone was sick—clearly just don’t want to work weekends. The booking link never works, staff are rude and lazy, and no one takes responsibility. Sessions that should take 45 mins are rushed and done in 20–25. Total scam. Avoid this place.

This is the first time doing injectables and codi was fantastic at explaining what would best suit me, and was reasonably inexpensive, and my results were fantastic

I have completed several reviews on the Wollongong Results Laser Clinic and all I can do is give praise.

Being a male and having laser treatment comes with a certain amount of reservation. I have had the good fortune of having two technicians that go above and beyond in not only the treatment but their ability to make you feel comfortable and give amazing results, no more ingrown hairs.

I have always found staff (especially Jazmyn) very friendly, competent and customer focused which makes a big difference when visiting for a treatment. Jazmyn has moved on for a career change and I now have Alyce, I can’t speak highly enough of both of them excellent +++++

I went for crow-feet Botox. I ended up having a big black eye and severe pain at the site as the nurse injected into one of the blood vessels. It's been a week, and I still have a big bruise, thats changing colour. I have been getting comments from everyone at work if I was punched in the eye. It has been so embarrassing. I had to attend a party and everyone commented on it. I had to take few days off from work, but the big bruise and pain is still there. when i contacted them for compliant they blankly said it was a common side effect. The nurse didn't even apologies. Very unprofessional attitude. Never again. I thought I will get the treatment to feel relaxed. Spending so much money and look at the service I got. Shame

My original review is below, followed with a response today. I contacted the number, waited as the next caller in queue only to have my call end/hung up on. What are Results Laser Clinic thinking when it comes to retaining and improving client relationships? Shame on the organisational management.

Company policy is completely unreasonable and unjustified. On what grounds is it ever ok for a company to take money for unfulfilled service(s)!!

It’s unfortunate I’ve already paid for a separate existing package. If I’d know this would be the outcome of my loyalty to your company, I would’ve chosen your competitor(s)without any doubt.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Results Lazer Clinic at Melbourne Central, and I am absolutely thrilled with my experience! From the moment I stepped into the clinic, the friendly and professional staff made me feel at ease. The treatment itself was surprisingly quick and much less painful than I anticipated. The technician was attentive, ensuring my comfort throughout the entire process. I appreciated their attention to detail and the emphasis on safety, as they provided me with proper aftercare instructions.

What stood out to me the most was the genuine care the team showed for my results. They followed up a few days later to check on how my skin was reacting after the botox injections and to see if I had any questions or concerns. That level of customer service really makes a difference!

Poor communication and services rendered. Not satisfied at all.

Really bad customer service. Was sold a product that it turned out wouldn’t work for me and told I would receive a refund. When I went in and asked for my refund I was told by the Senior Cosmetic Nurse (Emily?) that she did not have the authority to give me va a refund and point blank refused to contact someone that does. I don’t know if she had had a bad day but it is no excuse to take it out on the customers.

It’s a shame because the one treatment that I did have - the person who performed the treatment was very friendly and did a great job and obviously was a little embarrassed about the way I had been treated.

Something very distressing happened at Warringah Mall today.

At the Results Laser Clinic they only had one staff member.

She changed appointment times on me twice.

I accommodated her twice.

When I arrived 3 minutes late to the appointment time that she changed me to, she abused me for being late and then refused to do the treatment I had prepaid for.

When I said to her that this was appalling customer service, she said "That's okay, I will go home and smoke bongs and smoke some crack".

I called the head office and they also refused to refund.

This is not the first time this company has done unprudential things. They did a similar thing to a close mother contact of mine, making her prepay hundreds and saying they are booked out

But this company, effectively stealing but not honouring services that are prepaid and then abusing local mothers, it's just not right.

Absolutely disgusting treatment by management of head office. Very rude and inconsiderate. Not only this she actually lied to me over the phone.
She stated that after the pandemic they no longer offer extensions, this is not true.
She told me it is not up to the 19 year old staff to advise me the packages expire. Then whom is supposed to inform me.

Poor charging practices - Avoid Results Laser Clinic.
On my second visit I was charged twice as much as I was on my first visit. This was despite having less laser work done. If you don’t fit within one of their ‘deals’ then the price is outrageous. More than $200 for less than half an hour. Post customer service was also poor.

If I could give minus stars I would. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Gave my mate a voucher for here for his birthday so we could go get Botox together. We’d done it before a few times and had great results at my skin clinic in northcote, with the results lasting over 6 months. I decided to try here because it was closer to home and they seemed nice and professional. Damn was I wrong.

We got there and asked for Botox and the technician who is only there on Thursday’s, started promoting another brand which was like a generic brand of Botox telling us that it was a lot cheaper. She said we’d need more units but that it would last longer than Botox. We asked her if she was sure and she said that every person she gave it to had great long lasting results. So we agreed.

She started and we questioned her technique as it didn’t feel right while she applied it. That the needle felt crunchy going in unlike the last time we got Botox. She finished and told us the usual. Stay away from the sun, don’t lay down for at least 4-6 hrs ect.

Within a week we started seeing the results which were great. Within 4 weeks, these results already started fading on both of us. I was already back to almost full movement. So we made an appointment with the technician to check it as we expected more for what I’d paid. We got to see her 2 weeks later when she was available and she basically just said that there was nothing she could do for us and that everyone else’s results she had treated lasted longer than Botox. She didn’t offer us to fix it or a refund of any kind.

I rang head office to complain and the person I spoke to said that she too had had great results with the generic brand, dismissing the fact that it was fading on both me and my mate at the same time. Which to me just seemed like the technician talked us out of Botox and into the generic brand because the results wouldn’t last long and we’d need more sooner. Head office also said they wouldn’t do anything of offer any refund or top up. And that the results should technically only last 6-8 weeks. After the phone call I did more research online and everything I read said it should last 3-4 months while proper Botox which is what we wanted lasts 6-8 months. So she too was completely lying.

I spent almost $1200 for this treatment for my mate and I and feel like I’ve just thrown that money straight in the bin.

RESPONSE TO RESULTS LASER CLINIC:

I understand that results are different for everyone. Maybe if your technician would have just given us Botox which is what we came in for instead of aggressively getting us to agree to the “generic version”, in which the results lasted all of three weeks, We would have been happier with the results, and I wouldn’t be leaving you this terrible minus 3 stars result. Also, if you were a better company, you would also be doing something about it to retain me as a customer and not making me feel like I just threw away $1200! YOU ARE AN AWFUL GREEDY CRAPHOLE OF A COMPANY!!!!!!

Disappointing Experience

I’ve been a loyal customer for 14 years, and until recently, I was always satisfied with the service. However, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. The laser treatment didn’t work this time, which has never been an issue in the past.

On top of that, the customer service was terrible. I reached out multiple times for assistance and even contacted the head office, but no one ever called me back. This level of disregard for a long-standing customer is unacceptable.

I expected better based on my years of loyalty. Unfortunately, this experience has left me reconsidering continuing with this service.

It’s quite concerning how ANTI-customer orientated the system and policies of results laser is.

A personal example of this, I bought a package, received an email that it will expire in some time, and so I book the appointments in advance.

You’d think that secures your appointment?

Not with results laser! CEO Paulina and her head office will let you know that it was booked in advance but as it’s outside of the time frame, it’s expired.

You’d think the receptionist doing the booking would let you know she’s booking it outside of the expiration date, but nope.

Also, did you by any chance have a surgery, someone died, fell a little ill?

Paulina doesn’t give a shit, they’ll keep the money and not give you a new appointment. Policy remember!

Very eye opening how much they don’t give a shit about their customers, and use the we ‘gave you a reminder’ months ago as an excuse, as if they themselves aren’t doing the bookings!!!

Oh btw, God help you if they don’t have any availabilities and then your package expires by then, they won’t help you there either.

I am not happy and disappointed to my last time appointment.

I recently had a distressing experience at Results Laser Clinic Epping that I feel compelled to share.

The girl was not did properly my laser at Epping Clinic.I had an appointment for half legs , Brazilian, underarms and Chin.She supposed to be take 30 minutes to get the job done, but she finished it between 8-9 minutes

.I called to the head office and was told them. They said that you have to wait for a week , if your hair will not fall down, call us after a week.I called them again after a week and explained them hair are not falling down yet. I had another treatment scheduled 21st November.

I went there yesterday and the girls said , not you don’t have any miss spots, looks ok , even they did not check it properly.When I said to them , I had 2 sessions before , after that my hair was startled falling down after a week, then they asking me after how long you had a last session, I said I don’t remember, I think I had my first session after 30 days and second was after 60 days, then they said that you not taking sessions consistently that why this time hair is not falling down, when I just left the clinic and checked when was my last appointment then I realised that my past 2 sessions were also after 60 days .Again yesterday I called to the head office and was told them, they were saying something different, seems like they were making excuses, they did not accept their mistake.
As a loyal customer who has been to this clinic multiple times, this experience was disheartening. I expected better treatment.Unfortunately I still have got another 9 sessions with them and feeling , I am wasting my money.

There are more good options than this:(

I understand that the goal of every business is to make profit. But to make profits you need to have customers. If you cannot keep your customers happy, eventually you lose them and your business. It's ok for the company to cancel the appointment anytime but there is no flexibility about renewing expired treatment/refund when the fault is coming from the company because of their "strick" no refund/renewal policies. I think that's a lot of BS when your customers already paid for the services they never and will never receive.
