I was there on Friday and for some reason they swapped out my regular therapist for Amanda - this is the same lady I found out from head office that sold me a package that was more expensive and something I told her I didnât want not but she sold it to me anyway, without my consent. I have always had a peel put on for 3mins she only done 2mins. Iâm still waiting on 1 micro to be refunded and 3 LEDs

Mixed Experience at Result Clinic Australia Eastgardens
My recent visit to Result Clinic Australia Eastgardens for a promotional facial treatment, acquired upon spending $200, presented a mix of positive and negative aspects.
Despite having a scheduled appointment at 4:30 PM, I found myself waiting for half an hour before the therapist was available. Upon her arrival, she apologized for running late and explained that due to the clinic closing at 5 PM, she would not be able to perform the facial treatment on that day. While I appreciated the apology, I was left feeling frustrated by the lack of proactive communication that could have allowed me to reschedule without enduring the extended wait.
Although the therapist did offer to reschedule my appointment for a more convenient time, the initial inconvenience and time wasted left me somewhat dissatisfied. While her apology was appreciated and acknowledged, the overall experience was marred by the initial delay and inability to receive the service as planned.
In conclusion, my visit to Result Clinic Australia Eastgardens had its shortcomings in terms of time management and communication. While the therapist's apology was a positive gesture, the inconvenience caused by the delay and inability to receive the treatment as scheduled left room for improvement in ensuring a smoother customer experience.

Brazillian Laser is so worth it!
I had my 2nd session last weekend, and so far the result is impressive. The hair growth is so much thinner and you can really see the hair falling off after few days. Iâm a hairy person and with this improvement down there, itâs definitely worth the pain!
