Just WOW! Thank you so much for my fabulous new resume. I did make a couple minor tweaks to the file I received, only because it seemed silly to have Amy make the tiny edits when she could be spending time creating another great tool for someone else. The bottom line is this - I was finally able to review my resume on Monday evening. Tuesday morning I made the little edit and sent it to a recruiting agency. Wednesday morning the agency contacted me and told me a recruiter would be in touch within a couple days. Wednesday evening a recruiter who was on vacation in Mexico called me and raved about how professional my resume is and told me he had a company that I should speak with. On Thursday, the company emailed me and scheduled an interview. The interview was excellent and we are moving forward with the next steps in the process. The job looks to be a perfect fit for me. I have another interview with a director next week, but that is only to get me in a production facility to see the operation in person. I fully expect to receive an offer within the next week or 2 at the most. Thank you Amy - you did an awesome job!
Honestly, at first, I was very unsure about having anyone write my resume - but the couple hundred dollars invested got my foot in the door for a job that will nearly double my current salary. Totally worth every penny. Thank you again!!! Todd

The chat feature doesn't have friendly responses, but they are quick to take your money without asking if you are satisfied with the service. I paid for a resume and a cover letter and they sent me both without separating the documents. Who does that? Why would I have to copy and paste to separate when I paid for the service? In the response, there was a part left out where he said that he told me 3 times that he would get the files separate or I could just copy and paste them to another program. Do your own research.

The service and personnel are top-notch, total professionals from beginning to end.

I’m a people person and rather than reading information; I wanted to find a company that I could call and feel the energy from. I have big goals and dreams and thought that delegating this job of creating my resume would worth allowing a professional to take care of. I had a list of a few companies to call, and was put at ease when I spoke to Ryan. They were very easy to work with and the turn around time was amazing! My resume looks fantastic.

The resume that I paid $200 for looked like it was written by someone who spoke English as a second language. The grammar was atrocious, and the word choice was awkward and artificial. I was offered a rewrite instead of a refund. I passed on this "generous" offer. If they can't spot their own egregious errors than they shouldn't be trusted with a rewrite. You should give their resumes to sixth graders so they can have an example of what bad writing looks like.

I needed resume updated in a day and Resume Writing Group was able to complete this with no issues. Ryan did a great job.

I had Joe. He was awesome. We had a phone consult first, which is hugely important. Resume came out great with good formatting. Price was not cheap, but worth getting what I needed. Service and communication was top notch. No problem getting changes as requested. I would definitely recommend.

After researching many resume writing services, I selected the Resume Writing Group. I was pleased when I received an email from my writer Lori the same day. I had no resume at all, so I sent a list of 47 skills. The first draft looked very professional. However, I wanted additional skills and expected Lori to read my mind. I informed her that I was displeased but did not explain why. To my surprised, I received a follow-up email from the owner of the company! He explained exactly what Lori did and requested more details. I was shocked that this company would do whatever it took to provide excellent service. I have used resume writing companies before but this is by far the best one.
My writer was very professional and concise in revising my resume and creating a cover letter that I am extremely pleased with.
She kept the lines of communication open and answered my questions quickly.
The turn around time is amazing.
Admittedly, I was a bit surprised and hesitant at the cost of a revision and cover letter, but I am very glad I did it! It was money well spent!
