Quick, polite and efficient

Update: Management responded quickly and appropriately with a refund — and pledged to make changes to their system causing the issue. My wife and I will now use them once again, and with joyful confidence in their care for customers and their professed mission. [initial review: We were charged when the drivers arrived for an additional $40 recycling fee, which was not a charge nor an issue were advised of ahead of time. We paid for delivery to a specified party. Delivery guys said it "happens all the time."]

Even though I chose a "couch" on the website and described it as a "6-person modular couch" the delivery people still raised the price during pickup. I think there needs to be a better way to avoid that price increase.

Great communication about driver information, pick up time and costs involved. Adam (driver) was polite and professional, as was the man assisting him.

The team that came was very fast and efficient. There were all extremely friendly.

Final price was nearly twice the estimate. We learned the hard way that the pickup driver counts every part of the furniture donated. For example, a customer may list a queen bed with a headboard and footboard on the Resupply website, but the truck employees arrive and count every part of the bed (4 large parts, 2 extra large part, etc. ) So, our $424 estimate turned into $811 final bill (once everything was on the truck). So we ended up having to pay $811 to give a donation to Habitat for Humanity (bed, dressers, end tables, etc.) It didn’t feel right; it felt like a bait and switch. The driver mentioned that customers are often surprised at the final cost, because customers don’t list their donation on the website properly. It’s the customer’s fault.

This company needs to view the process from the customer’s perspective. If customers have complained about the estimate and final price discrepancy before, do something about it. Don’t count each individual part of a piece of furniture, count it as one piece and give a price. Fix the website calculation so there are no surprises when the final bill is calculated. Otherwise, customers could sour on the whole donation process. I know we did. We wouldn’t recommend using this organization.

Running late but they kept in touch and were conscientious about the rescheduled timing. The guys who came were professional and friendly and it was a pleasure to use Resupply.

The guys were great. Came right on time, were in and out in, like 15 minutes, if that.

Easy to set up donation pick up. The drivers communicated and showed up when they said they would. Friendly and professional drivers, very helpful. Feels good to share furniture that someone else may be need and appreciate.

The driver communicated with us as to his arrival time. The items were carefully loaded on the truck. They were also polite.

From start to finish the communication with resupply was great! I was a little skeptical because of some reviews but was pleasantly surprised how well run the whole process was! Thank you!
