The booking process was easy.
The pickup staff were friendly, professional, and explained the billing process.
The pickup went very smoothly.

Very courteous, quick to remove objects from house and gave a bit of discount due to the two items so donated.

Our driver and his helper were on time, worked quickly and efficiently and were polite and friendly!

From the booking process through the pick-up, everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, courteous and efficient. It was a delightful experience and an extra bonus to know our furniture was going to a good cause.

The driver was 2 hours late, but that's not the reason for bad rating. No, the real reason is I don't appreciate being called: broke ass, cheap, insult my place, and threaten to beat my ass. He told me that everything was junk and was going to charge me more. I disagreed politely and he then proceeded to threaten to leave everything and beat my ass (repeating this because I've considered calling the police).

He was extremely unprofessional, rude, insulting, and threating. Had I know that this was even possible I would have stayed far, far away from donating.

I thought I was doing a charitable thing, and instead I get threatened and insulted.

Angel and Luke were very professional and careful when moving furniture. Thank you both for an easy pick up.

It was a great experience for me as go té the first time just pack everything I don’t need and then just pick up the very next day! I don’t have to go out my way to bring the donation myself because I don’t drive !

The final quote added $100 to the initial quote of $138 for one couch. When I submitted the initial order, I uploaded a picture from my IPhone. The final quote was after uploading a picture at pickup which was virtually the same picture I took from my phone. A more accurate quote should be provided upfront, otherwise I would have used a different provider. I would not utilize Resupply again.

I was told the crew was arriving in a truck. I had several bags of items, boxes, and a large area rug. They arrived in a small car of all things. Everything was stuffed into the car.
