The people who came to pick up the furniture were friendly and super helpful!

The final quote added $100 to the initial quote of $138 for one couch. When I submitted the initial order, I uploaded a picture from my IPhone. The final quote was after uploading a picture at pickup which was virtually the same picture I took from my phone. A more accurate quote should be provided upfront, otherwise I would have used a different provider. I would not utilize Resupply again.

I was told the crew was arriving in a truck. I had several bags of items, boxes, and a large area rug. They arrived in a small car of all things. Everything was stuffed into the car.

The team that picked up my donations were on time, extremely polite and professional. Communication to schedule the pickup was flawless as was the payment process. Wouldn’t hesitate using this company again or recommending them to a friend. Thanks for a job well done!

Price transparency could be better. It is understandable that online price quote is an estimate. However, it is surprising and disappointing that the contractor can change prices and charge significantly higher than quoted estimate and for less number of items.

Onsite count system is strange. One three seater couch is counted as three items. Then, additional fee for recycling for nine items while the items picked up are only four.

It was my mistake to believe this is a charity operation. Next time, stick with junk disposal companies who can provide free on-site estimates. No gimmicks, no surprises.

They did come and pick up my valuable bookcase in great condition from Design Within Reach. They also charged me quite a bit to do so. Win/win for them!

They don't tell you items must be in pristine condition. If not the charity wont take them. They will but the charity will not. Therefore, if not perfect you will be charged a recycling fee to get rid of soiled or not perfect items.
This is not documted anywhere when you agree to schedule a donation. In fact it is stated items do not need to be in perfect condition. Far from the truth.
Very difficult when attempting to communicate. Text or leave a message only.
Dont bother. I am sure there are others who take less than perfect to help in the community.

As other reviewers have also noted, Re:Supply’s business model seems to be based on providing the customer with one price and then bullying them into paying a significantly higher price when they show up to do the work. In my case, I had an agreement with :
Re:Supply to pick up and donate two near-new pieces of furniture to a local charity. Re:Supply sub-contracted the work to a trucker who ended up doing LESS work but tried to shaft me by INCREASING the quoted price by more than 75%.

Subsequently, Re:Supply tried to charge the unauthorized and increased price to my credit card although they were notified that I disagreed with the charge. Customer Service only waste time and are unprofessional in their pro-forma responses that are unrelated to the details of the job.

Avoid this disingenuous and deceptive business. They will try to charge you a multiple of the quote you will be given initially.

I would not trust Re:Supply to do any work ever again. They seem unaware of the concepts of honesty or respect for their customers. Avoid this terrible business.

Are they doing on the side is mentioned how you can donate and they will pick up you try to look to see what’s the catch sounds too good to be true and you can’t find it on the site until you waste your time filling out all the information and then they hit you with a charge. Really what a waste of time.

This company says they are going to donate your furniture. But the people came in and without hesitation started demoing perfectly good cabinets. Then they charged me for hauling the trash and then charged me per flight of stairs!

This is a company acting like a non profit but is really charging you for hauling. They tell you right before they do it that all your stuff is junk and then charge you a junk fee and then a hauling feel and each flight of stairs after they demo your furniture?

What a scam business! STAY AWAY

I was very impressed with the crew that came to pick up my sofa- they were very efficient and friendly! However, I was left very disappointed in Goodwill's handling of my donation pickup request. My initial pickup request time of the morning of May 26th was confirmed by Goodwill via email. I drove 30+ miles (60 miles roundtrip) on May 26th (a workday) to my rental unit that I was no longer living in to meet the crew, only to be notified by Goodwill late morning on May 26th that Goodwill was unable to secure a crew for my pickup and would need to reschedule! I worked with Goodwill to reschedule the pickup time to May 27th. At that point, however, the $10 reservation fee I had paid seemed unfair, as did the $100+ I had paid for the pickup of my couch.

Great service! They came on time and removed items efficiently.
