Very easy to schedule and good communication on the day of pick up.

Donating was easy and straightforward. The folks who came to collect the donations were friendly and professional and took care with my house when moving furniture. Great experience!

The pickup time was not great. I was told it was going to be on a Friday from 8-12. The pickup actually happened the next day, Saturday, night at about 7:30. I am grateful that they picked up my furniture and I hope someone can make good use of it. But the coordination was really bad.

The website is easy to use and the follow-up is amazing. I love that my furniture will be donated to reputable charities. I only give it 4 stars because I was surprised at how much it cost me to donate items! I must admit that my furniture items were heavy and required two people, though.

You had to reschedule twice. I was not made aware of a $50 recycle fee. Which I haven’t heard back whether I get it all back or a portion. And I know Goodwill excepted at least one item.

The service was quick and efficient. The men arrived early and took care with the furniture.

I am not happy with my experience. I contacted Resupply and listed the items I had to donate. The list included a very nice, almost new sectional sofa bed, an oriental curio cabinet and an entertainment center. I was given a quote that was reasonable so I made a pick up appointment. When the movers showed up they told me that they can take the items mentioned above, but they would have to take them to the dump because no charity will take them. I wasn't going to throw away a couch that was almost brand new, so I pulled the big furniture items from the list. When I got the total cost without the furniture, it was considerably higher than the estimate with the heavy pieces of furniture in it. I would have never booked an appointment if I had known up front the mover was going to throw my furniture away and that I would pay a premium price just to move some clothing and smaller miscellaneous items. Not happy.

Guys were fast a d professional

This company is the king of the bait and switch. Go online input the info and the find new ways to double the price quoted. Three stairs to get in the apt add 50 bucks. Two flights of stairs to get to a second floor add 50 bucks. Shame on you. Charity ??? Would never use them again.

Easy to schedule online. The company, JDog--Removal and Hauling, was responsive, friendly, and highly professional. Moreover, I am happy that my donation of gently used items can be used to support individuals and families who could use them.
