Retirement Homesearch レビュー

Charlotte has been so helpful throughout the whole process of advertising and selling my mum's retirement flat.
I was kept up to date with any relevant information and communication was prompt and everything explained well.
I would highly recommend Retirement Homesearch.
Staff were friendly and very helpful on all occasions.
Thank you so much.

Charlotte Harvey at Retirement Homesearch handled the sale of my mother-in-law's property very efficiently. My initial enquiry was answered fully and at every stage of the process she was clear about what was need from me to prepare for the sale.

Charlotte Harvey has helped me a lot and I'm so grateful to her for her help and understanding, such a lovely person and also a lady name jane she helped me too

Excellent service. Quick action on all matters.
Approx eight weeks from agreeing price with my buyer to completion date. Charlotte both emailed, texted and phoned to deal with all aspects of the sale promptly and efficiently.
Would recommend RHS without hesitation.
Used them 12 yrs ago to buy the Apartment for my Mum and had no hesitation in using them to deal with the sale .

Lovely to talk to
Always helped me in what I wanted to know
Knowledgeable with a friendly approach

Really Excellent Service - We had tried two other Estate Agents who seemed to firstly not understand the building or the market to sell. Rachel Hazell was amazing from the very start and extremely professional. She returned all our phone calls and emails extremely promptly and got the property on the market and sold within a reasonable period of time.

Retirement home search kept me informed at all times as to the progression of the sale , A big shout out to Charlotte Harvey who actually took the time out to call me as well as mail me which is a nice touch in this day and age . I would not hesitate to use RH again.

Millie and Carla have been very helpful in putting my mum and dad’s property on the market
They have been very helpful in answering any questions I have had and nothing has been too much trouble for them in helping me

Very efficient service.
Great communication.
Charlotte always responded promptly to queries.
Kept me informed on progress.
Only negative would be the high cost but probably worth it for the ease of the sale.

Company has access to potential buyers specifically for retirement homes. Very good communication with online access to updates. Process was uncomplicated; advice was clear regarding the market, resulting in a sale within a few months.

Mandy Bolwell has been amazing in helping me with the sale of my dad's flat. Her kindness and support during a tough time has been invaluable. She's thorough professional and I highly recommend her for her time effort and dedication. I wouldn't want to be using any one else

I dealt with Mandy Abbott, who provided a responsive, professional and efficient service on behalf of the company.

It has been a pleasure to deal with Charlotte Harvey regarding the sale of Mother's bungalow and I would like to thank her for all of her hard work, help and advice. This was, at all times, dealt with in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner. Furthermore, I have no hesitation in recommending Retirement Homesearch as the benefits of knowing the property and the development and the way it dovetails with the Development Manager far outweigh any benefit of selling through a conventional Estate Agent.
Thank you for your service and for making the process smooth and trouble free.

Rachel was superb in the sale of my mums house, highly recommend, fantastic service, a credit to the company. Thank you again :)

We were really pleased with our viewing experiences with RHS. We had viewed a number of retirement properties with other agents, and had been shocked by the service - we were accompanied by people who knew nothing about the buildings, their communal features and, in one instance, hadn't even built in sufficient time to view the communal features. By contrast, we were able to view the properties on with RHS with the building managers, who knew everything about their buildings and could show us everything and answer all our questions, all completely unrushed - the viewings were led by what we wanted to see and ask, and how long we wanted to take. The post-viewing process with Charlotte and others in the team was easy, pleasant and efficient.

Rachel Hazell has been my go to person if I have needed to know anything while I was selling my flat. If I asked a question she always had an answer. So pleased I went with Retirement Homesearch.

Quick and speedy responses to my questions of which there were many! Very clear and helpful

The communication was very thorough and responses very quick. Being a first time buyer for this type of apartment it was comforting to have what felt like a support team behind me. Charlotte Harvey was very helpful and assisted in a prompt completion. Thank you to the team.

I have and am still dealing with Retirement Home Search to sell and buy multiple units across the UK. the whole team is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Rachel Hazell, Millie Laker, Carla Bartlett, Mandy Abbott, Charlotte Harvey & Jordan Joice just to name a few, they are all a credit to the company and the reason we continue to send business to them.

Charlotte supported us throughout our purchase at Townbridge Court from initial enquiries to completion. She made what could have been a stressful time more manageable and we are so thrilled to be moving in and beginning a new chapter
