Fast delivery especially considering the date!

Ordered on Thursday, used their WhatsApp service to check if my items would still be delivered on Saturday (it said online their delivery days were about a day longer) only to be told my delivery would be the next day!
Order came well packaged before 2pm. Would definitely use this company again.

Ordered paying next day delivery


Ordered paying next day delivery option. 3 days later still not received goods. Your email promised today (Saturday) saying also I must be patient due to Xmas deliveries!! When politely complained again, was told ‘what do you want me to do, I do not work for DPD’ - maybe look into changing courier services??? (And customer care) I expect a bit of delay, but not 5 days. This has cost me time & money. Will think twice before ordering again. Did not expect a rude email 😳

Got there in the end

Order #24377
Didn't send part of the order, notified via email and a quick response to say they will refund that item.... still waiting a week later. No refund....

UPDATE:
Despite what is said below, the 1st refund on the 8th was for late delivery, the second refund has just been made now that they have seen my review 😉

US BUYER! Definitely recommend!!!

I hastily thought I had been defrauded and am updating my review. I made a purchase for shipment to the United States and it turns out it was shipped out the morning after I ordered as indicated by tracking information! Great experience, received across the globe in 9 days from ordering which is great! Thanks Revolve!

Hi Sarjit, I spoke to you on he phone. You ordered the wrong product yourself and asked if we can swap it to what you needed. I also have the email to prove it. So I don’t think a 2* is acceptable as it’s your fault!
