I ordered a cat tree on the 18th of June which cost me £300 all in, I had no communication whatsoever after numerous emails and messages. I had to dispute it with my bank to get my money back, would not reccomend to anyone

Fraudster, thief. I paid more than €300 for a cat tree since 3 June, till now there is still not news about my item. Sent a lot of mails and messages even calls. I haven't received any response from customer service.

The best money I have ever spent! I ordered this cat tree for my Maine Coon a year ago, and he has been using it every single day ever since. He absolutely loves it!

The tree is incredibly sturdy and durable. It doesn’t wobble, tip over or feel unstable because of his weight, even when he jumps onto it at full speed. Despite being scratched and used every day for an entire year, it still looks almost brand new and shows very little wear and tear.

If you have a Maine Coon or any other large cat, I highly recommend this cat tree. It’s definitely one of the best purchases I’ve made for my cat! ❤️

inviate 4 mail, ma nessuna risposta, addirittura il sito ora non si trova più, direi poca serietà pensare che ho tutti i loro prodotti e sono di ottima fattura, mi sono fidata del loro sito ma evidentemente ho sbagliato,
Il denaro però è stato prelevato direi immediatamente,

Produkte in ausgezeichneter Qualität, rascher Versand

3 ans que j ai acheté un arbre, les poteaux sont usés forcément. Impossible de recommander des poteaux de rechanges.. jamais disponibles, ils indiquent sur leur site que bientôt disponible, mais jamais rien n’arrivent. Je ne recommande pas cette marque. De plus le service client nous répond quand ça leur chante.. j aurais du, j aurais acheté mon arbre chez un concurrent.

J ai fait une commande le 15 juin, j ai été débitée et je n ai aucune nouvelle !!! Et plus rien sur le site internet !!! Il y a un problème ???

super fijne service en een mooi product.

Een paar jaar geleden een mooie paal gekocht, en ook mensen in mijn omgeving overgehaald hier te kopen.

Toen ik door omstandigheden laatst een nieuwe paal moest kopen, waren er 2 sisaldelen die al veel te snel lelijk werden (sisal verschoof). Na contact met de klantenservice zijn er 2 nieuwe delen opgestuurd en is mijn paal weer een mooie eyecatcher in mijn woonkamer.

I have placed an order 2 weeks ago. They took my money but failed to tell be they have filed for bankruptcy!. I want my money back as I spent a LOT! I have been trying to contact them but no one gets back to me and I have yet to get my money back.

Waardeloos bedrijf. Ik heb al meermaals gevraagd of mijn retour in goede orde is ontvangen, maar een reactie blijft uit. Hierdoor blijft het bedrag in Klarna openstaan.

Bestilte den 4. Juni. Har intet hørt siden på trods af jeg har skrevet flere mails. Meget skuffende ... men nu er jeg færdig med at vente og finder et andet sted at handle.

I placed an order on 13 June 2026, and their website stated that the product would be shipped the next day. Nothing has ever been shipped.

I contacted them four times by email and called them more than 10 times, but nobody answered the phone or replied to my emails.

After trying to leave this review, I could see that many other customers have been experiencing exactly the same issue over the past couple of weeks. It appears that the company may be in serious financial trouble.

The fact that they are still accepting new orders and taking customers' money without shipping the products is unacceptable and highly unethical.

Stay away from this company.
