Brak kontaktu, brak towaru.

14.06. zakupiłem drapak dla kota. Do dzisiaj czyli 28.06. nie otrzymałem zamówienia. Kontaktowałem się z firmą rhr 4 razy poprze email i formularz kontaktowy na stronie, nie otrzymałem ÅŒadnej odpowiedzi co z moim zamówieniem. NiepowaÅŒne podejście do klienta i póki co odbieram to jako kradzieÅŒ i oszustwo.

Houd het niet erg lang vol bij Maine Coons

OWe hebben eerder een grote krabpaal gekocht van RHR voor onze twee Maine Coons. Prijs was wel hoog maar stevige kwaliteit en dan heb je ook wat.

Na ongeveer anderhalf jaar was het onderste gedeelte van de paal ‘op’ en kapot gekrabd. Prima, ik koop een nieuw onderdeel en neem dan juist de nog betere variant met ‘sisal’.

Eerste indruk was mooi maar helaas was dit onderdeel al binnen 6 maanden stuk aan het gaan waarbij het sisal los liet. Mailtje over gestuurd of dit normaal is bij een RHR onderdeel, maar nooit meer wat gehoord.

Hou er dus bij grotere katten rekening mee dat je elke 6 maanden moet vervangen. Persoonlijk vind ik dat nogal kort voor een premium merk dat specifiek voor grote katten wordt geadverteerd.

Elle ne peut donc plus honorer les commandes ni rembourser les clients : les paiements déjà effectués doivent être récupérés via sa banque (rétrofacturation) ou en déclarant sa créance auprÚs du curateur, Maître W.M. Welage.

Wat een ongelofelijke triest bedrijf is dit 2 weken geleden een kattenbak besteld en nog is het niet binnen ik mail ze ik heb ze al 3 dagen lang meerdere keren per dag gebeld maar kriig elke x te horen dat er niemand beschikbaar is stelletje oplichters ik ga hierin juridische stappen ondernemen reken der maar op

Dne 10.6.2026 jsem zaplatila objednané Å¡krabadlo a kočičí domek, doÅ¡la odpověď Objednávka přijata, ale od té doby şádná komunikace. Zboşí jste neodeslali ani neodpověděli na maily. Dnes je 25.6.2026. 10. Ŝádám tedy o vrácení platby, ale samozřejmě nikdo nereaguje. Jste podvodná firma, kladné recenze si zadáváte sami.

ORDUK14132 paid for and confirmed on 4th Jun – NO FURTER COMMUNICATION AND NO RESPONSES TO REQUESTS FOR UPDATES

I already own 4 RHR Cat trees and the quality is great. I never had any issues from order to delivery with these.
However, my latest order placed on 4th June, ORDUK14132 payment was taken immediately, and confirmation was sent within a minute which stated "Confirmed
We're preparing these items for shipping.
4 Jun"
Since then, I have had NO communication.
I sent emails requesting updates on the 11th Jun and
again on the 17th Jun - no responses.
I filled in a request for update through the RHR Website on the 18th Jun - again no response!
I have phoned the number provided in the Netherlands, 4 times which only goes onto voicemail.

RHR products are not cheap, but I appreciate the quality, hence the latest order.

I have a right to receive the product that I paid for.
If RHR cannot provide the product I ordered, then most certainly a REFUND IS DUE!!!

Trust that somebody from RHR reads these reviews and set the record straight by responding!

Habe am 31.05.2026 eine Vorbestellung


Habe am 31.05.2026 eine Vorbestellung fÃŒr die neue Kratzbaumreihe (Black Teddy) aufgegeben. 2 von 3 Pakete kamen auch relativ schnell bei mir an, auf das Dritte warte ich bis Stand heute 23.06 2026 vergeblich!

In der Vorbestellung stand das alle Vorbestellungen bis spÀtestens 10.06.2026 versendet werden...

Ich habe sogar eine Woche lÀnger gewartet bevor ich mich das erste mal Ìber das Kontaktformular bei RHR gemeldet hatte.
Desweiteren folgte ein paar Tage spÀter eine Email direkt an RHR und heute 23.06.2026 dann ein Anruf versuch (mit Nachricht das man mich bitte zurÌckrufen möge) ohne Erfolg!

Es meldet sich einfach keiner.
Es gibt keine Infos.
Schade das ich den vollen Betrag schon gezahlt habe.

Infos folgen fals sich was neues ergibt

Update:
Ich hab bei Paypal jetzt ein fall geöffnet das ich zur Not wenigstens den teil des Geldes bekomme der mir als Ware fehlt.

Ich schaue seit Tagen immer mal wieder auf der Internetseite ob es dort Infos gibt, tja die Seite ist mittlerweile down... scheint was größeres zu sein bei denen.

RHR Pets ist wohl Insolvent!

Les meilleurs mais...

Client régulier ici, à défaut d'alternatives de qualité égale... RéguliÚrement des soucis à l'envoi et avec les transporteurs, énormément d'indisponibilités sur les piÚces détachés, ce qui rend la réparation de vos arbres trÚs pénible et lente. Faites attention aussi aux diamÚtres des vis/trous des poteaux de rechange. Tous les prix ont pris +20% ces 5 derniÚres années.

No update. No response from support

I ordered a cat tower on 10th June 2026. I received confirmation but have had not had a single update since. I paid for premium delivery and have emailed their support email four times over the past two weeks with not a single response. I have also called the phone number and left messages with no response. This was not a cheep product and I now feel as if my money is gone and I’m never going to get it. It is very upsetting.

Ignorowanie stałego klienta i niekompletne zamówienie. Nie polecam.

Ogromne rozczarowanie. Świetny produkt, ale fatalna obsługa i brak kontaktu.
​Do tej pory byłem stałym i lojalnym klientem tej firmy – zamawiałem u nich drapaki juÅŒ trzy razy i zawsze byłem zachwycony jakością. Niestety, przy czwartym zamówieniu sytuacja zmieniła się diametralnie.
​Otrzymałem niekompletne zamówienie (tylko część drapaka). Od dwóch tygodni próbuję wyjaśnić tę sprawę. Wysłałem wielokrotne wiadomości e-mail oraz próbowałem kontaktować się telefonicznie – niestety, firma całkowicie mnie ignoruje i nie odpowiada na ÅŒadne próby kontaktu.
​To niedopuszczalne traktowanie klienta, zwłaszcza stałego. Przestrzegam innych przed zakupami – dopóki wszystko jest w porządku, firma działa super, ale w przypadku jakichkolwiek problemów z zamówieniem zostajesz zignorowany.
​Wersja 2: Nieco krótsza, z naciskiem na ignorowanie wiadomości.

Leider muss auch ich meine erste negative Bewertung abgeben. Ich war immer sehr zufrieden, Lieferung und Kundenservice waren top. Jetzt ist es mir passiert, dass ich seit 5 Werktagen auf den Versand meiner Bestellung warte. Sehr ungewöhnlich, eigentlich war die Ware nach dieser Zeit immer schon bei mir.
Auf etliche emails und Nachrichten ÃŒber das kontaktformular keinerlei Reaktion. Das bin ich von RHR pets so nicht gewohnt.
Ware ist bezahlt und wird seit 5 Tagen fÃŒr den Versand vorbereitet. Man wirbt mit 1 Tag.

Leider bis heute 04.07.2026 keine Lieferung, keine Reaktion auf Anrufe sowie E-Mails. Und Geld zurÃŒck auch nicht.

Order not received, all emails ignored

I ordered a tree from here because of the quick shipping times as my previous cat tree was on its way out. After buying, the tree is now out of stock on the website. It's been over a week and my order hasn't been despatched. I'm therefore concerned that I've been put on back-order and have not been advised.
I've tried emailing, filling in the web form and commenting on Facebook but have not had a single response.
My existing cat tree is now a danger to my two Maine Coons, as it can no longer hold their weight. I'm now £400 down and am going to have to order another tree elsewhere since I've had no response from RHR to merely confirm or deny if my order is due to be shipped.
