Un paradiso per gatti grandi

Ho appena montato il mio secondo tiragraffi acquistato da questo venditore e, ancora una volta, la qualità si conferma imbattibile. Quando si hanno gatti di taglia grande, non ci si può accontentare di strutture standard, e questo modello a soffitto Ú la soluzione definitiva.
Stabilità a prova di "pesi massimi": Anche questo secondo modello, una volta fissato al soffitto, Ú solido come una roccia. I miei gatti possono saltare da una piattaforma all'altra senza che la struttura si muova di un millimetro.
Dimensioni XL: Piattaforme e cucce sono realmente pensate per gatti giganti; c'Ú tutto lo spazio necessario per il loro relax. Avendo già esperienza con il primo acquisto, posso confermare che i materiali (sisal e peluche) resistono molto bene all'usura quotidiana.
Gestione post-vendita eccellente
Nonostante un piccolo ritardo nella consegna, il servizio clienti si Ú confermato all'altezza del prodotto. Sono stati rapidi nel gestire la pratica, mantenendomi informato fino all'arrivo del pacco. È rassicurante sapere che, oltre a vendere prodotti ottimi, l'azienda si prende cura del cliente anche dopo l'acquisto.
Se cercate sicurezza e affidabilità per i vostri gatti, andate sul sicuro. Consigliatissimo!

Kwalitatief en mooi materiaal

Kwalitatief en mooi materiaal, we zijn er heel blij mee. Het is heel stevig. Wat in onze ogen beter kan, is het montagemateriaal. Om de vijzen mooi te kunnen wegwerken, hebben we zelf de gaten bijgefreesd.

Goede producten

De producten zijn van goede kwaliteit en onze katten zijn er blij mee!

Wij hebben wel onze eigen pluggen en schroeven gebruikt. Vanwege een verdikking aan het uiteinde van de pluggen, gingen deze niet helemaal de muur in. En konden wij de producten niet volledig tegen de muur aan monteren waardoor er speling op zat.

Great scratching tree

Great scratching tree. I bought a simple one with scratching pillar and 1 bed on top. The size is amazing for my big British Shorthair. When he’s scratching he usually stays on 2 legs in full height and all scratching trees from ordinary stores are too low. But this one is used only for 2/3 of height and it’s very heavy and stable.
Overall good materials, very well made. Comfortable bed on top, my second cat sleeps there the whole day.

Very Expensive Delivery

Tried to order some replacement parts for my current tree. I only wanted to order two sisal poles and a hammock and the delivery is £25! Can't justify paying it unfortunately
