My overall experience turned out to exceed all of my expectations. Due to a warehouse issue, I have initially received a wrong package, but Rich.Exlusive resolved the issue impeccably and with very good communication. I somehow managed to miss their emails about the issue being resolved and when I finally received the package, it was a great surprise and I almost cried, as my order was meant actually as a gift for my husband's birthday. I eventually found their emails and I must say, I am impressed and can only send my gratitude and thanks.
