I recently upgraded my MG to a new model, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience thanks to Ned Cox.

Ned was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. He listened to what we needed as a family, took the time to understand our requirements and found the right car for us without ever making us feel pressured.

The whole experience was relaxed, straightforward and genuinely enjoyable. It’s clear that Ned really cares about his customers and making sure they’re happy with their choice.

I would highly recommend Ned to anyone looking for a new car. Thank you for all your help, Ned!

Absolutely awful experience with Richmond MG Bognor when I purchased a MG HS Trophy from them 15,000 miles and I returned the vehicle several times with a gearbox issue kept saying nothing wrong with it this was all the time and not intermittent as they claimed in the end served a 14 day rejection on them whilst the car was in there workshop on the third occasion and they advised me it needed a new clutch and flywheel not good.
Also be careful when buying extra warranty's from them as I'm still fighting them to return the monies to me six weeks on. Terrible response from the top to the bottom.

I needed to buy a new car and part exchange my old one.
Ned was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process very easy.
He listened to what I wanted and came up with suggestions of suitable cars for me in my price range.
He was very thorough and made sure I understood everything before I took my new car away.
He followed up with a phone call a few days later to check everything was going well and to contact him anytime if I had any further questions.

The whole process has been straight forward and easy. Beth at MG was fab, she was very knowledgeable, helpful and nothing was to much bother. From ordering my car till delivery. Beth kept in touch and gave me updates. The customer service has been spot on and thank you for making it pleasurable.

I have to say this is actually the worst service attempt I have had. I am limited in how I can contact them as I am partially blind so have to use phone (constantly engaged or it just keeps ringing) or online booking, tried twice and no response. Have now had to contact a garage in Worthing for them to service my car. Richmond was the dealer I bought my car from in 2025.

Picked up my new MG from here last week. What a fantastic place to go for a new car. Every member of staff that I interacted with friendly and helpful, including the service department who had recently seen my previous MG. My main point of contact was Bethany Louis who helped me right from choosing which model would best suit my needs (I am a motability customer), until my final pick up. She kept me informed throughout, made sure that I had any questions answered and has called me since collection to check that I am happy with my new car, which I am. Recently purchased 25 plate MG self charging hybrid ZS. Absolutely love the car!! Turned up at the bognor regis branch was welcomed by Beth, who was great and a pleasure to be served by.
Her knowledge of the car was so informative, went on two test drives.
We were not planning to buy a car but you cannot beat the prices!!
Beth arranged to get the car from Guildford branch which happened within a couple of days, came to test drive and purchased. Highly recommend the Richmond Cars Group and Beth.

Very disappointed, I had my new mg in for service on collection of car I noticed the parcel shelf bracket snapped , I spoke to service advisor , I needed to return car to garage ,I wasted a day dropping car back to them to find no repair , I was promised a manger would call , 2 weeks later nothing poor contact i wouldn't use this garage

Dropped in on a whim to look at various options relating to my daughters' cars and because I had been playing with the idea of going fully electric rather than PHEV. Beth Louis, despite being busy, took the time to listen to the many options running through my head and made several positive suggestions. Some of the discussions are ongoing but I have selfishly completed my own change to full electric and Beth was proactive without being pushy in making this happen. She showed empathy and a willingness to get the deal done.
