We inquired at the Bognor mg Richmond about a car on a Sunday just before 4pm and was invited to the show room that day to test drive the car Jake the salesman was very professional and we brought the car that day and all paperwork and details sorted very quickly and we have had follow up calls to check in with us about the car would definitely recommend a visit

Absolutely great experience here .
Free coffee . Comfortable chairs nice friendly happy salesman . Nothing was too much trouble . Told me everything I needed to know about the cars I was interested in . And follow up emails etc incase I had any questions but I didn’t feel under pressure. Thank you all . I highly recommend this dealership 😊💯

The sales staff are very helpful, a lot of car showrooms you go in nobody comes up to you to ask if you need advice but at Richmond Motor they were very helpful.
And I went in a lot of times before asking for a test drive.

Jack Heeley did a fine job trying to sell us a new car. We have however decided to get a different make and model. The offer he came up with for us was very decent. The only reason we didn’t buy was because we wanted all whistles and bells and the MG HS was just a bit lacking and we also wanted a Hybrid. But a big thanks to Jack for all his hard work. We would not hesitate to recommend him and Richmond Motors to anyone looking for a reasonably specced new car.

Very welcoming and happy to help. The least stressful experience I’ve had when buying a car. Options for financing were discussed and explained fully. The car was well presented and prepared before collection. My thanks to Joshua and Robin for their help.

Found the salesman (MAZ) very helpful. Car was well presented.

Completely disorganised servicing. What should have taken half a day took 4, mainly because recall parts hadn't been ordered despite it being an obvious requirement. Apparently it costs £10 to return parts if they aren't needed so as a result I have 3 extra days without a car. Easy to see the company's priorities.

From walking straight into the showroom Aidan made my wife a I very welcome offering tea coffee etc
Aidan asked what type of car we was interested in and then got the keys for the car showing us what the car had and what it could do.
Then we went back to the showroom to talk about the different options available for us after that we took the car out for a test drive and we really liked the car.
Chris was available to help out regarding our options and too was very helpful.
The only reason we didn’t purchase the car was because of a change of plan nothing to do with the car/ dealership
We are very grateful for Aidan and Chris for what they did for us and hopefully will return in the future to purchase a car
