This is our 5th Mg as a family and my 3rd Xpower, although there were issues with the new car , Kelly Faith along with the service team sorted them out.
Things can go wrong it's how they are dealt with, Kelly is amazing example of a profession who goes above and beyond to ensure the buying experience is first class

I had a really positive experience purchasing my new car. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, straightforward and stress-free.

A special mention has to go to my Kelly Faith who was absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable throughout, answering all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured. They made the whole experience enjoyable and made sure everything was taken care of.

Initially our experience was a little rocky as we ventured over to MG Richmond Guildford for a test drive that wasn’t offered despite being booked in.

I gave my feedback to the Sales Manager, Hayder, who was excellent and apologetic, agreeing that we should have gone out on our test drive.

Hayder promised to put things right and came back to us with some offers on our chosen car which were better than those offered previously. We accepted pending a test drive.

Our 2nd visit to MG Richmond Guildford was completely different and a much better experience all round. We were well looked after by the knowledgeable and friendly Marius and immediately shown to the demonstrator for our much anticipated test drive.

We loved our time with the car and put our order in shortly after our test drive, a handover date & time was set and all the paperwork sorted efficiently.

Everything went smoothly, picking up our new car on the set handover date without any delays or complications.

Marius is a real asset to Richmond MG Guildford and we are very happy with our new car.

It is now the 2nd time we have bought a car from the Richmond group and we would do so again in the future. Highly recommended.

It was great to return to Richmond Motor Group for a new car. We were once again looked after by Marius Mockus who is a very methodical and professional salesman. We leased this time and Marius took the time to explain the process and what he needed from us to complete the process. Very disappointed with vehicle prep, asked who previous owner was couldn't answer, I asked if it was a ex hire vehicle couldn't answer although Herzt information in glove box, missing items from vehicle, drivers mat not there although 3 other mats insitu, one parcel shelf cord missing and 2 body parts missing to do with windscreen.
