Himat has been so helpful and easy to deal with, we felt that he was trying to find the best option for us and what we needed, and he delivered the car in time for our trip away. Everyone at Richmond MG are so friendly when we come in for servicing etc, and they are so nice to our dog too :)

Took a car into Richmond for service and met Jag while browsing the showroom. He was very professional and efficient to the extent that before leaving I had decided to part exchange my second car for a new MGS5 EV. Jag gave good service throughout the part exchange including transferring personalised registration plates; the process being completed smoothly and with good humour.

Purchased my MG from MG Southampton. Himat our senior sales executive was throughly helpful, explanations about the car detailed and I felt confident driving off in my new car. Himat made the process easy and straight forward.

Bought my MG4 from here. Reached out through Carwow and have been speaking with salesman Chris. Chris was really helpful and explained all options with my part exchange and getting everything sorted for a smooth handover. Chris spoke me through all the features of the car aswell. I travelled 110 miles to come to this dealership and would do so again and highly recommend.

Came in looking for a new car and was not disappointed. Jag was brilliant with us from the beginning by showing us different models specific for our needs right through the purchasing process. Jag kept us updated letting us know when the car would be ready to take away when there were delays in it coming to the country, and always available at the end of the phone or email. Thank you for being so patient with us trying to sort insurance out on pick up day.

Elise sold us a car it had 4 wheels and an engine. Vroom vroom. In all seriousness she was well informed not pushy or a typical bulshy salesman. She listened to what I wanted and didnt try sell me the opposite.

My husband and I were both very impressed and very happy with how Jagdeep welcomed us to MG from the moment we first entered the show room to our handover yesterday.
He was professional, friendly, respectful, and very down to earth and grounded unlike some sale reps you meet.
We were never made to feel rushed, or a nuisance, he listened and answered questions without hesitation or making me feel uncomfortable and anxious (I was a motorbility customer)
Every 2 weeks he gave us an update on the progress of our car.
This lovely gentleman with an amazing genuine smile, is without a doubt, an absolute gem and a credit to Southampton MG !!!!!!!!!

My wife and I were welcomed by Elise on a hot day with a cold drink following a delay in making our appointment due to heavy traffic in the area. Having shown us around the vehicle she accompanied us on the test drive at our request as we do not know the area. We agreed to purchase the MG HS Exclusive due to the competitive pricing having searched for something similar over the last year. Elise also arranged to pick us up from the local railway station on the day to complete the purchase as I was not trading in a car. Again the trains were delayed due to staff shortages and fallen trees but this did not deter Elise from being at the station to wait for out arrival. All in all great personal service.

Just collected my new MG4 from Richmond MG, Himat was great and definitely recommend him if you want a MG.

Just picked up my third MG ZS Hybrid from Richmond Motors at Botley.
