Just bought a car from the MG garage and had a great experience thanks to JAG! He was super friendly, efficient, and kept in great contact from start to finish. Everything went smoothly from the viewing to collection—his customer service was excellent. Highly recommend!

our previous car was a skoda
our previous car was a skoda, so it just felt right to get another skoda. we went to richmonds in Botley and met Tomaz Polak, he was very helpful. He helped us to find the right car for us. we did have some teething problems, (the car is over 4 years old , so we wanted to make sure that scratches, etc were fixed) and they were. we have been driving it for about a week now and so far so good. we love our karoq. thank you Tomaz, for helping us to find our dream car.

Informative Staff
Dropped my MG4 in to Richmond to have a 2 year service done. They supplied me with a courtesy car and turned it round in the same day. The car was cleaned inside and out, a service i have not experienced with other MG dealers. On returning to pick my car up I spoke to Chris Turner about the new Cyberster and what would be the options of getting into one. Chris clearly explained the situation with my existing PCP and we had a very useful conversation about the ongoing options, and whilst I could settle the PCP at this time it it would be financially advantageous to wait another 6 months with my current car. The conversation with Chris left me feeling informed and involved. I left the dealership with definitely planning to get back in touch with Richmond in the future.

On the day of picking up my new car he spoke me though it and even said that due to the mark on the front of my new car, he said that I’m to being it back on a Tuesday where he will get this looked and and sort me out with another car while the work is being done.
