Richmond (Fareham) - went into the branch to look at second hand cars and trading in mine. We were approached by a lovely gentleman called Delbir, he explained everything fully, let us do a test drive on our own, no pressure selling.

We ended up walking out with paperwork all signed and taking delivery of a nice little T-ROC some days later.

On day of collection everything explained fully again, and taken around the car.

Few days later called by Delbir to ensure everything was OK and was there anything we weren't happy about.

Great experience and customer service.

Made getting my new company car very easy in a difficult supply time.

Delbir sold me my car with all the paperwork we had to get done he won’t right though all of on line a lot of e-mail he this very good at this job he this the best salesman l have had with all the cars l have had l would give him 100 out of 100 if you buy a car go to him he will spend time with you going for all the paperwork is so good at his job I would recommend anybody to go to this guy and company to buy that car

I was very close to purchasing a car with RMG, but at the last minute another came up from another garage that I could stretch to, so in the end I did not.

I just wanted to take the time though to recognise Del, and his absolutely amazing service. Had a comparable car/price been available with yourselves I would have wanted to buy through him to give him the commission. He was so friendly, polite, not pushy in any way and nothing was too much trouble. As a lone woman going into a garage, quite often it can be an unpleasant experience, so I really wanted to recognise Dal this time.

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Richmond Motors in Fareham and we were extremely impressed with the service from beginning to end. All the team were happy to help and advise us and took time to ensure we understood our options every step of the way. All our queries were answered in a timely manner and we felt that the whole team genuinely wanted us to be happy with every part of the process and as such we never felt any pressure to make a decision, not even to make the purchase.

Buying our car was made very easy by Del. Everything was explained well and would certainly recommend them for good service and customer contact.
