We travelled quite a bit to see and purchase the car and the staff were very helpful in sorting this out for us! Very good communication and considered our needs! The held the car for us until we could go down and were understanding when the first pick up date got cancelled!
The car was presented wonderfully for my wife and made her feel fantastic! Thank you to Jack for helping us too! From start to finish a really good experience and I would certainly recommend and do business with you again!

Received excellent customer service from Na’im at Skoda Bognor Regis. He was very friendly, professional and made the whole experience of buying a car very straightforward.

Jack was great from the first phone call to book to see the vehicle I was interested in to taking the car home the following week. Everything was nice and easy with no pressure behind trying to sell us the car and when dealing with tax jack went above and beyond driving to the post office and assisting the process of sorting the tax out.

I have just changed my car as my needs for a vehicle changed, this process was made as easy as possible by Aidan in Škoda sales.

Generally a good experience, just a couple of things that didn't go as smoothly as they could have.

Aidan was extremely helpful in terms of understanding our needs and taking time to see if Richmond could meet our requirements. Ultimately we did not proceed with a Skoda but the service level was very good, even when we advised that we would not be buying from them.

Just bought our second Skoda from Richmond. Sarah McCarthy was a real pleasure to deal with. She was well informed, extremly friendly, attentive and effective. All the necessary paperwork, forms etc. she managed with ease. Every question was answered quickly. Her introduction in handling the car made me feel very much at ease. Thank you!

I brought a new (to me) Skoda Karoq at the end of October 2023 from the Bognor Regis team. There were a few issues that developed that meant the car went back to them for 6 weeks. The team made sure I had a replacement vehicle, kept me regularly updated on progress and showed how proper customer service should be done. Visited on a busy Saturday afternoon and was a little disappointed that there were no new Skoda cars to look at. However spoke to Aidan who talked me through the models available and offered to test drive a second hand car. We came into the dealership needing to replace our car after an accident. We already had a good idea of what we wanted. Sarah McCarthy guided us through the process organising test drives and could not have been better. There was no hard sell and Sarah spoke to us about what was most important to us in the vehicle and then was able to give good advice on different types of options for purchase of a vehicle. She made sure she was available and the timescales worked for us in a relatively quick turn around. Overall a very positive experience.

I purchased a vehicle from Richmond Skoda, Bognor Regis last week. The whole process from viewing to purchasing was a very simplified process. This was aided by the brilliant sales agent Sarah McCarthy who ensured the whole process went through absolutely flawless. Sarah never pressurised me, gave me time to think, and went out of her way to get me a great deal. Sarah is easy to talk to, extremely professional and goes that extra mile and really cares about the customer. She is 100% genuine in what she says and does. Sarah said to me on numerous occasions to phone her with any queries. Sarah sorted everything from start to finish, I didn’t have to lift a finger. Sarah kept me informed on every step of the sale and has since left me messages since I purchased the car to ensure everything is OK. I would 100% recommend this garage and the brilliant Sarah. I can honestly say that for me, the whole process was a very positive 10/10 experience indeed.

Sales Executive Sarah was excellent from the initial phone call to the handover of the car. Sarah listened well and explained everything very clearly. She even managed to complete the whole process to car handover in 4 hours!
