I went to Skoda Bognor looking for a Citgo as I have had one before, its a shame they have stopped making them, but I had a choice of some very nice second hand ones. Sarah was very helpful and has good product knowledge. I was very happy with the service Sarah gave me and we had a nice chat and a cuppa while we went through the intricacies of the paperwork. I will gladly recommend Sarah and the rest of the team to anyone looking to buy a car

We went into Richmond skoda with a fair idea of the car we were looking for and found exactly what we wanted.

When we first went in, there was plenty of parking space and after wandering around outside looking at a few of the cars, we went inside.

We were met almost straight away by Sarah Mcarthy, the sales lady, and after talking to her about what we wanted and how we thought was the best way to finance it, she showed us some vehicles that matched or were very similar to what we were looking for, and also showed us some alternative ways to finance it.

After a few cups of coffee and some time spent looking at cars, both online and in the showroom we found a car that exactly matched what we wanted, and better, showed us a way to finance it that was cheaper and a far better deal than the option were were previously looking at.

We came back after the weekend for more coffee and a test drive of the car we chose, and a week later we collected it.
Everyone at Richmond was friendly and helpful and Sarah made the entire process of finding and financing the car we were looking for an easy and friendly process.

I would have no hesitation in recomending Richmond Bognor to anyone.

On road testing a Polo an then on completing the purchase I was met by Sarah.She was very pleasant,smartly dressed and very knowledgeable.

I researched cars suitable to my requirements and settled on Mercedes B180 used. Dealing with Sarah McCarthy who I found very pleasant and with knowledge. Everything was dealt with in a timely manner. I felt unable to award 5 stars as I was disappointed with the value offered for vehicle I was trading although I did negotiate a marginally higher price. Overall an acceptable experience.

I recently purchased a VW Golf from the dealership and they were extremely helpful.
When I arrived on site I was welcomed by Aidan Miles a young salesperson who was professional, polite and didn't put any pressure on me to purchase the vehicle.
I would strongly recommend the site if you are looking for a quality used car. Might also be worth asking for Aidan.

We found Richmond Skoda Bognor online through a search on Skoda’s national website, where we were looking for a near-new Octavia Estate. It was only twenty-five miles from our home so we drove down to view a model we had seen on Richmond’s website. We looked it over in the showroom and decided immediately to buy it if the trade-in price worked. That price turned out to be reasonable. We were dealing with Sarah McCarthy, who was extremely pleasant and helpful. She definitely inspired confidence, so we signed on. We returned this afternoon to complete the paperwork and exchange the cars. There was some slight confusion over one of the optional extras but that was resolved in a very supportive way by Sarah and her manager. In terms of going beyond the call of duty, we really appreciated Sarah helping to haul bits and pieces between the two cars. The overall experience of dealing with Richmond Skoda Bognor was very positive.

I saw my Skoda Yeti yesterday on the Richmond Skoda website. I made an appointment to see it today and I bought it. Sarah McCarthy, I hope I have spelled that correctly, was superb. In. fact, all concerned were. I got a good trade-in price for my old Yeti and couldn't be happier with my new one. Sarah worked her socks off and got me up and away in double quick time. I could not be more impressed with her or Richmond Skoda.

Although I purchased a car elsewhere Sarah McCarthy went above and beyond trying to locate one for me with regular updates on new stock coming into the group.

Sarah McCarthy was very helpful with all aspects of my car purchase including all the paperwork and for that I am very grateful.

I felt communication could be better, however overall I'm happy with the service.

Emily was very helpful, welcoming and answered all our questions. Even arrange a test drive same day.
