Great sales experience from initial enquiry, viewing and through to purchase and collection. Professional and friendly would not hesitate to purchase from Richmond Skoda Southampton again.

Our initial contact with the Richmond rep, Tom, was a positive experience as he talked us through the model options we were considering and how they might work for our needs (we were seeking a used car). His manner was friendly and professional throughout.

Moving on to the test drive, purchase and collection of the car, Tom was easy to work with and maintained communication as we waited for our selected used Skoda to be prepared (we had chosen a car that had only very recently arrived on site).

Overall, we are happy with our experience at Richmond Skoda Southampton and would recommend the business to others.

Mark the sales person was knowledgeable about the car did not apply pressure to buy, mark made the purchase very easy and a pleasure to do business with.
ADAM explained all the extra products again did not apply pressure to purchase and helped with delivery of car.
Overall the Botley did amazing which resulted in purchase of vehicle THANKYOU ..... I went to hyundai Southampton the day before and had a terrible experience-hard sell -inexperience sales people which resulted in me walking away from the purchase and going to skodia Botley

One outstanding moment was being trusted to take the car for an unaccompanied test drive, which really showed their confidence in the product and their customer first approach.

Dealt with Benjamin came in just to have a Quick Look and test drive although we ended up going for different brand of vehicle if we hadn't chose a different brand and decided to go with Skoda I'm sure we would of been very happy with the friendly and helpfulness of the Southampton store in general if we did choose Skoda in the future they would be our first call. Car was booked in to have a new windscreen washer pump fitted because no water was being delivered to the windscreen. Car was booked in following an assessment from one of the senior technicians who said it would be the pump. Dropped the car in at 08:15 and eventually at 13:15 I was told my car was ready but needed to booked in again so the worked could be completed! I enquired why hadn't the work been completed now but I wasn't really given a satisfactory explanation other than it needed to be booked in for the work to be done. They had however, conducted a vehicle health check and noted advisory works which would cost around £2,137 I wasn't best pleased to sat the least! The car is probably not even worth that much! So, I booked the car in the following week for the pump to be fitted and stressed I did not want to be sitting around for 5 hours. I dropped the car off again at 08:15 and was told the work had been completed at 10:00 at a cost of £258 much lower than the health check report and much quicker tgan my first exoerience a week previously! Drove the car home, but thought I'd test the windscreen wipers on the way only to find they were not working! Unbelievable! Called Skoda and I'm waiting for them to call me back!

Bought 3 years old superb. Car wasn't road worthy. Called for service. Skoda mechanic tool car to the nearest VW garage as was ,, broken ,, . Skoda Southampton refused to pay for this. After all day on the phone and all the stress , they decided to do part of the job. After this I needed to finish job myself and spend on the car another 1500£ . Those are worst then buying the car on the side of the road . Avoided them !!!!!!

Really easy transaction, Richard didn’t pressure me or try to sell me anything I didn’t need and was very helpful throughout. He was flexible and allowed me two have a 2nd test drive with my whole family to check our new car suited all of our needs.

Joseph Danladi made the whole process a dream, I walked in, he offered me coffee, we chatted and explained I was hoping to part ex my Monte Carlo kamiq for a newer one. Jo was very professional, courteous and couldn't do enough to help me.

He offered me a test drive in the new Kamiq I was looking at, he checked my vehicle, got me the deal I wanted. It was a very relaxed, chilled time, it was a bit like a spa day.

He gote the deal I wanted and I'm very very happy with my new vehicle, he explained everything I needed to know, as did his boss. I have advised Jo, that I will go back to him when I need a new vehicle.
