Ben was very helpful and ensured the process proceeded smoothly so that when I picked up the car all the additional extras were in place. It was a relief to not have any pressure applied when looking at the car and throughout the whole buying experience.

Very good experience

Bought 2 cars in a week first my wife’s then mine. First was a used Kamiq 1.0 then a brand new Octavia VRs both cars are absolutely stunning in their own right but the dealership was first class.

Huge thanks to Ben who dealt with us. His knowledge and enthusiasm really made a big difference.
He is what swayed my decision between getting a ŠKODA or returning to BMW as I was on the fence between two cars.

The level of service was outstanding compared to previous encounters with other dealerships in the area.
We live on the Isle of Wight so we couldn’t get to the dealership until it came to picking the cars up but the quick response emails, videos of the cars and phone calls made the process super easy and stress free.

The whole vibe of picking up a new car was exactly how imagined it in my head so I just want to say Thank-you to everyone at ŠKODA Richmond Southampton.

Felt very welcome. Staff specially Benjamin Hodgson made us very welcome in asking questions.

It was very straight forward to book an appointment with the dealership. I filled out an online form, someone from Richmond Motor Group rang me to make the appointment with Ben. I hadn’t met Ben before so when he greeted me as I pulled up to the showroom I did think this was a nice touch. I explained why I was looking for a new car and what my requirements were : petrol, family of 4, price range, likes/dislikes. From there, we walked around the showroom and the forecourt to look at the different models, boot space, additional features on the cars etc. Ben was very knowledgeable and professional throughout.
