Everyone at Richmond have been really kind, polite and patient. Ben was who we originally saw and would not rate him highly enough. He kept us up to date with the progress of preparation, to the sale and also with collection.
There was no pressure and he helped us transfer our car over from another garage for us to view - thankyou all
