Simple suzuki is all you need to know at half the price of the Germany car's and probably half the price to fix to at a later date. Had a blue motion golf diesel I traded in for the little inglis. As the golf to low for UK roads and little suzuki much better as for the hybrid system it's good at sorting its self out but when you take your foot off the acceleration it slows it self down so not sure it's any better than just the normal petrol 1.2 engine. Plus side is you can get a nearly new car that's not a silly price with excellent reliability. But some people don't like it when you driving a newer car than them that does 70mpg and alot cheaper to. Overall if you had old rubbish car's all your life and you don't want pay the backstreet fix it garages anymore. Then take on the suzuki at a cheap monthly price and watch all their faces drop when you drive old scrappers no more.lol

When the new car needed checking a curtesy car was provided, delivered to my home.

I bought a used car (Vauxhall Corsa) from Richmond after finding it online. From the first point of contact by 'phone I was impressed by the sales rep., Sadie Horsted. She was friendly, professional and helpful when making the appointment to view the car.

At the appointment itself she was welcoming, efficient in the best way and well-informed about the car and the purchasing process, particularly as I was not confident or particularly knowledgeable myself. At no point did I feel unduly pressured, harassed or forced into a decision. I felt that the focus was more on whether the specific car was right for me personally, rather than simply achieving a sale. I was able to take my time over the test-drive and decisions and all questions were answered with patience and clarity.

I did buy the car and am very happy with my purchase. At all times, Sadie and Delbir were very helpful, clear in the information needed and the steps to take and a pleasure to deal with, both during the sale process and once the purchase had been completed.

The whole process of buying the car was made enjoyable by Sadie's calm, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful manner, as far removed from the worst stereotypes of high-pressure dealers as could be.
