Sam helped us choose a second hand car. Very much appreciated that he didn’t go for the hard sell. Kept exactly to our criteria. It was me who stretched them! All went very smoothly, although I have only had the car for a few days, no problems so far.

After seeing that I could now have all work on my mg carried out at Richmond motors Totton instead of going all the way from Lymington to Botley I changed my service and other problems I had to them in December

We needed an MOT in a rush so took our Nissan here rather than our usual garage (also part of Richmond Group) and were told it had failed and would cost over £650 to repair.
I was surprised as there had been no advisories previously and so waited the two weeks I needed so that I could take the car to our usual garage. At our usual garage the car passed first time.
