I arrived to collect our new car and was warmly welcomed by Jagdeep Bhakar, offered a drink and seat.

There was some technical difficulties registering the new car and this did take some time but Jags kept me informed and apologised for the delay.

With the car registered Jags went through the paper work and helped me set up the App that supports the vehicle.

I needed to collect some items out of my old car and Jags kindly drove the new one alongside it so it was easier for me to transfer my belongings.

Jags waited with me to ensure the App technology was working.

Jags was polite, kind and engaging in all our interactions - I couldn't have asked for more - Thank you

everything was explained clearly and all questions answered. When a problem arose, a way to solve it was found.

Jag was excellent, showed me everything I needed to see and know about my new car and helped me set up the Suzuki connect app. He's the best 🤞

We didn’t have any problems it all went very smoothly the sales man was very pleasant and easy to talk to got everything sorted out and collected on time.

Just browsing but ended up buying a car so excellent sales guy.nothing pushy very polite and had everything explained until we understood ( being a bit older it takes a while )

We have been very happy with Suzki since we first got one from the Fareham branch. Dell the manager their at the time was very helpful & we have followed him round to where he is now in Southampton.

Following a number of problems in purchasing a secondhand car, we are happy to strees that those problems have now been sorted out by Bill Ryan, the Suzuki Manager. We are now going to buy a new Swift from them and would like to thank Bill for coming up trumps. Ghislaine Chauvin

Parking is an issue at the dealership, but Ricky the salesman was really good.
