This company takes far too long to respond to emails. Weeks go by with absolutely no response, and trying to reach them via Instagram is not much better. To make matters worse, despite already having the requested information sitting in their inbox, they asked me to resubmit it via their website—only after making me wait a week or more just to get that response.

Additionally, the website implies that Tailored protection wraps are readily available for specific bike models. However, they are not. You only find this out after clicking all the way through the ordering process, past the point where you select the product. It is a frustrating user experience, and the slow customer support compounds the delay in finding an alternative solution.

The bike shop where I bought the bike, Smith Creek Cycle, is mainly in error here for not mentioning a wrap option when I purchased it. If they had, this would have been sorted out from the start, and everyone would have won instead of me losing. What makes this especially frustrating is that the RideWrap HQ is located only a short courier trip away from that bike shop! It seems short-sighted that RideWrap requires the physical frame but offers no way to utilize a partner store to help scan these bikes, leaving potential customers completely stranded.

I am giving two stars because they did eventually reply when I complained and the person emailing did seem to be concerned about my first world problem. It is not technically their fault that they do not carry a wrap for my specific bike model. However, their extreme response delays significantly dragged out the time it took for me to figure that out and look elsewhere."

The kit fit great, was fairly easy to install and got it quickly. What more can you ask for

Had a small issue on my order for a large kit but it keep defaulting to a medium. Ayden went above and beyond to get it taken care of.

Stellar communication on my order including installation videos that really helped. The product fit perfectly and looks great on the bike. It was easier than I thought to install and now I can now stop stressing about getting a scratch on the bike.

I ridewrap all my bikes and it has definitely prevented quite a few nicks and scratches. Whenever I peel it off in scuffed places when selling a frame the paint is perfect underneath. I am also a dan of their chainsray wrap! Takes time to install the custom kits but worth it if you are planning to sell.

Fantastic kit, everything you need included, instructional videos made it all so easy to install at home. Very pleased with the product.

Fast delivery, excellent quality, and perfectly cut to fit. It was a little tricky to install at first, but you quickly get the hang of it, and after that it’s really easy. Highly recommended!

j'en suis à mon 6e vélo ou j'utilise le quit full.
c'est un bon produit.
Il faudrait fournir un dosage plus précis pour le mélange eau produit.
les prix actuels sont importants pour le consommateur. Il ne faudrait pas dépasser les 150 € qui est déjà une somme très importante.
Les revendeurs proposent la pose aux alentours des 200 €, ce qui fait 350€ de p'us sur le prix du vélo. Bon nombre de consommateurs vont hésiter fortement à poser un film.
Dans ma communauté de rider, la plupart achètent des petits sticks pour protéger leurs vélos.
personnellement, je mets un peu de temps pour bien poser la protection, mais c'est correct.
donc, pour moi, 1 : attention de ne pas augmenter les prix
2 : faciliter le dosage du produit.
3 : assurer un service après vente gratuit sur un problmen du consommateur concernant la pose : pose mal effectuée pour 1 ou 2 stickers, Ridewrap renvoie au consommateur les 2 stickers.
Actuellement, le consommateur qui met son Ridewrap seul ne doit pas se manquer. Cela n'incite pas leur cycliste novice à essayer de poser son ride wrap

The kit showed up on time and this product is a Premium kit. Proper sizing and qaulity material used to produce this kit. Install process took me 4 hrs. I would definitely recommend this product to protect your bike and i can see that the company producing this product has a passion for what they do. Well done its a top bit of kit.

The kit did a good job of fitting my gravel bike for the main areas. Easy to install and I was surprisingly proud of minimal bubbles. Recommend this product to protect you paint job.

Great and sturdy material. Thick but still not being seen on first glance.
Good instructions.
A lil help note within the package for frames with protruding screw holes for top tube bags on how to best approach fitting here would be lovely. =)

Ride wrap did a great job installing a wrap on my bike, killer service

I used their website configurator to look up a kit for my frame. They offered only 1 kit so I paid the $200 for it. The instruction illustrations were accurate but the wrap seemed wrong. I started installing when it became apparent that it was not correct. The material did not match my frame or the illustration. They asked me to send pictures and I did, I even offered to work with them on getting a kit sorted. I went back and forth with them and they offerd to sell me even more Ridewrap at a discount. I am already out $200 so why throw more money at this problem. As soon as I asked for a refund they ghosted me. I even asked for a kit for my other bike which they do make a kit for as a compromise - it's been days and nothing. Their customer service is CRAP and they do not stand behind their products

It actually works. I just unwrapped a 4 year old frame that looked beat down. After taking the wrap off it looked literally next to new.

I wrap all my frames from new. This is the best product available. Just don't cheap out, be patient and take your time.
