I paid my local bike shop to install the ride wrap on my Trek FX6. It had a couple minor imperferfections that wouldn't have bothered me. I was told to leave it in the sun for an afternoon and it should fix itself. It did. It's been about 6 months. It looks great and it will keep my bike looking new for a long time. I will buy more ride wrap when I need replacement pieces.

Ride wrap offers amazing frame protection, and this is my 2nd bike I have had ride wrap installed on. My 5 year old Santa Cruz Hightower still looks new, even though I have ridden it over 5000km and on some of the gnarliest descents Quebec has to offer. I would recommend ride wrap to friends and family in a heart beat.

after reading and watching videos for better understanding, it was easy to install the Ride Wrap. I managed to do my job with the tools provided. The quality of product is outstanding. I would recommend to anyone.

Really nice product but no down tube side protection. Down tube bottom side is useless because of factory protection unless you want to cut and trim a lot to make it nice. I’ve used it on all my homes but will probably look elsewhere after 5 bikes.

It‘s simply the best.
I have had others, but nothing comes close.

...this is getting really frustrating. We've been exchanging messages for weeks, and I've explained the problem to you multiple times. You should really read through the previous emails if you can't even remember the details of the issue. It's been more than a month now, and your customer service hasn't helped me one bit. At this point, I'm wondering why you even offer this service. I could have ordered the kit myself without your help—that's not why I contacted you in the first place. No hard feelings, but these long conversations with such long waiting times have been a complete waste of time.

Quality appears very high, a tad tricky to fit.
Barely noticeable on the bike and appears to provide the protection in all the right places

Placing the tailored protection on my frame required some adjustment, like cutting one edge, BUT that was the only issue I encountered. Until now, the protection has done its job.

In My 71 years this is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. First response back was 7 days, subsequent responses 3 days or more. Completely unethical. I installed 19 pieces on a new Epic 9, I had fit issue with 2 pieces. That said they would replace them for free, a few days later they said it was an install issue and would not replace them for free. Ridewrap where is your integrity!

The worst customer service ever seen, along with poor professionalism. Very long response times and incomplete and evasive answers. They sent me the wrong kit even though the order confirmation email had unmistakeable references to the model of my bike. They offered me a discount on the new kit accusing me of having made the wrong order and then they never sent it to me, stopping directly answering my emails. I work in a bike shop and no new bike that will come out of us will mount their kit.

J’ai pris contact avec le site. Seule réponse obtenue : achetez du champoing de marque Jonshon pour remplacer le liquide.
Ils ont refusé que je retourne le produit (coupe sur mesure). Ils ont quand même proposé de me rembourser la note de champoing (j’ai jamais envoyé, autre chose àfaire).
J'habite en Savoie, j’ai acheté plusieurs produits chez eux pour les vélos de toute la famille.
Ils ont perdu un client.

Simply don’t buy from them.
Wrap (sold to protect 99% of your bike( does not fit and when you tell them, their answer is simply “we know, just remove downtubes protection with a heat gun and stick them back with double face”
99% coverage, bullshit. The wrap does not even fit the most important tube : the down tube.
They will also not tell you there is no way you can do it clean, but please add another 200$ to get a bike shop to do it.
140$ thrown out of the window for a company that do not care about customer satisfaction.

Using the gloss wrap over black paint is a nightmare. Looks horrible.
