The customer service i received from David was the best, I bought a ridgemonkey quad stove which had some gas irregularities so it wasnt working right, I messaged ridgemonkey and after explaining the situation and sending a quick video, david seen the problem and issued me a replacement straight away which was dispatched the very next day, I honestly couldn't be any happier with the service iv been provided with.

The unfortunately was the plus,the negative is that I have been waiting for a part for months. the stove is of no use without this part. I think this is unacceptable.These stoves are not cheep and for the hose to fail Angus every where I feel it is not acceptable.

I have 2 RidgeMonkey Connect Sandwich Toasters XL Granite Editions. The handles were damaged / broken. On contacting RidgeMonkey, I inquired if spare handles were an available to purchase separately, and what was the cost - for 2 sets. RidgeMonkey came straight back to me and informed me they would send me replacements handles, straight away. This they did and at no cost to me, not even postage. This was excellent service, that I did not expect - as I expected to pay for the replacements. I really do love my RidgeMonkeys - extremely versatile when away in my Campervan. I needed to phone ridgemonkey to ask a couple of questions regarding the New 3000 Bait Boat as expected I got through pretty much instantly and the gentleman I was talking to was very helpful very informative. I now have my new hunter 3000 at home with two new spare batteries on their way ready for my fishing trip. I would highly recommend this company.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would gladly. After contacting Ridgemonkey customer service via email within 45 mins of sending it, I had a response and parts sent out via post. WOW; WOW!!!!!!! I would highly recommend Ridgemonkey for all products as their Customer Service (CS) is beyond my expectations. Iâm that impressed with the CS we have bought more products. I have not affiliation or link to the company if anyone is thinking it. This is what CS should about in 2026; other companies take note and your company will grow.
