The bait boat is excellent- a simpleproblems solved

The bait boat is excellent- a simple, no nonsense quality product. You know the quality of a company when you have a problem. Straight away they took responsibility and repaired the boat and then replaced it for a new one without a fuss. Great boat, fantastic customer service and outstanding company!

Fantastic customer service.

Jess handled my enquiry promptly and I was very happy with the service I received. I love my RidgeMonkey and have used it many times in the short time I have owned it. The fantastic customer service is another reason why I highly recommend their products.

Great service!

Once again the support team at ridgemonkey have come through!
Managed to lose my remote key fob for my Bivvy lite ir. The guys had the replacement in the post within 24hrs of the question being asked.
Not the first time either!
Keep up the great service

RM Booilie Grinder …

Contacted RM as the kid of my grinder had broken and it’s a pretty dangerous item to use without a lid as any slip your fingers could possibly be cut of or badly damaged , contacted RM to see if they had spare I could buy , reply sorry we don’t stock those , apologise .. and that was it .. not helpful at all no other options or advise.

Regrading me not replying to your email there was actually nothing to respond to I am afraid …

Always an answer when I send an email

Always an answer when I send an email. It took a bit off time but the problem with the boat is going to be solved at the repair shop.

Got it completely wrong asked about a pva hopper for my boat, even sent a picture & they sent me a picture of pva bags instead, not helpful

Was looking for a charger for my bait…

Was looking for a charger for my bait boat to be told they don't sell them ask a supplier and no one got any in so got a £500 bait boat as a garden ornament

So sorry to hear that you're disappointed that we're unable to sell you a charger for your Hunter 750, as the manufacturer we've directed you to purchase this via our retailers as we do not sell directly to the customer.
If you're unable to find what you're looking for, then any USB-C charger can be used to charge your Hunter 750 in the meantime. If you need any further support please reach out.

This was the first time I've spoken to Ridgemonkey, Jess was very helpfull in sorting my query out. The replacement arrived a couple of days later, great service.

Very responsive reply but very unhappy…

Very responsive reply but very unhappy that I'm having to pay for pan handles when the originals were not fit for purpose. We have 2 pans and 4 handles. All handles have failed to some extent after only light use. It may well be that they're out of guarantee period but the nature of campervan gear is that they're only used periodically. As other users have had similar problems I would have thought replacement parts would be provided foc or heavily discounted. By the way - the pans themselves are great. Pete.

RidgeMonkey offer spare parts for any manufacturing defects free of charge if the customer is able to provide a receipt confirming that they're still within the warranty period of 24months. Without a receipt, RidgeMonkey charge the delivery fee of £7.20 for small items such as the replacement handles you needed.
We take any feedback very seriously so we can continue to improve, so I have made sure your review is considered by our senior team.
