Got brought the sandwich toaster/frying pan for christmas. Its been amazing until I silly lost a handle out the camper door.
Exceptional customer service. Quickly sent out two replacement handles so we can carry on cooking.

Asked for replacement handle in September 2025 for my xl pan as it broke. Im still currently waiting to this date for a replacement. I cant even use it

I had a problem with a product, the handle had broken.
I contacted Ridgemonkey and had a very quick response!
The faulty parts would be replaced and sent as soon as possible.

Replacement received within 2 days of reporting an issue.

Whilst at the caravan and motorhome show at the NEC we purchased a XL connect sandwich toaster. When we got home and opened it up we soon discovered one of the detachable handles was faulty. That evening (Sat) we emailed the company, along with photos explaining the issue. On Monday morning we received a reply back from Adam asking for our address stating that a replacement set would be sent. Handles were received on Wednesday. Outstanding customer service. This is the type of company I will be happy to purchase from again.

I managed to break one of the catches on their 36 L boxes emailed the Company ask could I acquire or purchase a new latch and Company sent me two new latches, you can always tell how good companies is when it sorts out problems this company has excel itself well done ridgemonkey

From the 1st phone call with Adam I was treated with the utmost respect,was talked through everything from start to finish,absolutely fantastic service and highly recommend 5 ⭐

Had a problem with my Ridge Monkey Grilla BBQ bag zip. I contacted customer service and Adam has organised to send me a new bag even though it’s after the warranty period by quite a good few months. Customer service absolutely brilliant as ever from this lovely British company. I’ve got a ton of Ridge monkey product and whole heartedly recommend them for both the design of their products and their follow-up customer service. Unbeatable.

Power bank wouldn’t work. After 2 emails then a phone call. A week later got a email back saying they are short staffed because they are on holiday. Waste of time. Binned it a went and got a fox power bank. Waste of my money. Lesson learned

Had an issue with a product bought through a reseller. I had seen on forums to contact ridge monkey directly because of their great customer service.I contacted them and with the help of Adam from ridge monkey, the product was replaced with no fuss and I got the replacement within a couple of days. I am amazed by their customer service and willing to go above and beyond to help out their customer. If you considering a ridgemonkey product their service is beyond reproach.

The stove l brought failed after 23 months but Ridge Monkey replaced it free of charge with no quibbles. Very efficient and helpful service.

Fantastic customer service from ridgemonkey. I sent a email as 1 of quad connect stoves would not not work. I emailed ridgemonkey and within 2 days a spare filter was sent out to me for free.

It’s a bit of a mixed review in that the turnaround of the parts ordered was very good however the communication from the co. I felt was poor as it took 2 days to respond initially then no response at all to a further email and the next I heard was from DHL to say the parts were on their way but I would not this stop me using them again
