I cant praise the customer service and assistance I received from Ridge Monkey highly enough. They really went the extra mile and im very grateful for how they helped me out and managed the repair
I've been using Ridge Monkey stuff since they started. I recently got a power pack from them as my original Ridgemonkey one (lasted ten years and took a battering) finally died. That's astonishing to last that long. Unfortunately the new one sent was a dud. I got in contact with RidgeMonkey straight away and they got straight back to me. Went through a cpuple of steps that proved it wasn't working (these things happen and not RidgeMonkeys fault). Anyway they sent me a new one with very speedy delivery. Big shout out to Jess as she was so helpful. Thanks very much and will continue to buy RidgeMonkey stuff.
Customer Service Excellent - Responded to my issue via email within a day, very friendly and helpful - I had a replacement part within a few days, so can't fault that !
Being management in a retirement village I deal with companies on a daily basis. I contacted Ridgemonkey for a replacement part due to a theft. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, Jess in customer service was a pleasure to communicate with and had the replacement part in the post before I knew it.

Meine zweites Paket ist endlich da und auch angekommen. Danke an alle Beteiligten. Auch DPD hat alles gegeben.
Es gibt jetzt leider nur 4 Sterne, mit der BegrÃŒndung das es manchmal wirklich lange gedauert hat bis man neue Infos erhalten hat. Nach meinem letzten Update kam die Kommunikation wieder zum Laufen. Ob es hier an dem Update lag oder es Zufall war kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.
Aber im groÃen und Ganze ist der Support sehr bemÃŒht und kommuniziert meist recht gut und zeitnah.

Nach langem warten und scheinbaren Problemen mit dem Versender DPD, bekomme ich inzwischen keine kein Feedback mehr vom Support. 11.02.2026 letzter Kontakt. Am 16.02. und am 20.02. hatte ich nochmal nach dem Stand gefragtâŠnix
Erst habe DPD viermal versucht zuzustellen, komisch im Homeoffice ist immer jemand zuhause. Es wurde nie geklingelt oder eine Karte oder so im Briefkasten hinterlassen. Angeblich wurde das Paket zugestellt. Ich bat um eine Nachforschung und seid dem höre ich einfach Nix mehrâŠ
Sehr schade da der Service vorher echt gut war.
Nun wurde ich enttÀuscht und bleibe mit meinem nie richtig funktionierendem Produkt allein gelassen.
Vielleicht liest das ja jemand von RidgeMonky und meldet sichâŠdann wÃŒrde ein weiteres Update kommen.

Ich bin mit dem Support sehr zufrieden. Ich hatte mir auf einer Messe mal einen Artikel gekauft und hatte da eine Komponente die nicht funktionierte. Der Support arbeitet gut und zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit. Dauert manchmal was aber eine Antwort kommt zu 100% und es wird sich wirklich bemÌht das Problem zu lösen.
Wenn mein Austausch des defekten GerÀt noch funktioniert gibt es nix auszusetzen. Sollte hier kein Update in den nÀchsten zwei Wochen erscheinen hat alles super geklappt. Aber da gehe ich von aus bei dem tollen Support. DANKE nochmal fÌr den angenehmen Austausch und die gute Lösung meines Problem.

A stove I had was faulty, Adam at Ridgemonkey took complete ownership of assisting me with this, informative, polite, speedy responses and a genuinely nice bloke.
Adam went above and beyond to ensure my experience was a positive one and everything was done in the fastest way possible.
I was particularly surprised Adam responded to my initial emails during their Christmas break and continued to do so.
Overall my positive experience with RM massively outweighed the initial negative of the fault and I would have no problem at all continuing purchasing their products.
The customer service reply was helpful, but it seems the the company , RidgeMonkey have the problem obtaining spare parts from the Manufacturer. I appreciate it's not the customer service people's issues, but in general ,the outcome was/ is not very positive. I am waiting ,still after also 2 months for a replacement broke handle .Even when I received your email, thought it would be confirmation of my request.
Had an issue with a new purchase power pack being faulty but they sent out a replacement within 48 hours - new power pack working absolutely fine and Jess at customer services was fantastic
Responded very quickly to my query, gave some sound advice and information.
Had an issue with my handles on the RidgeMonkey Sandwhich Toaster. Contacted support, and not only did they reply almost instantly, less than a week later and I have two brand new replacement handles!

Over the last 2 years I had an issue with my XF1 bivvy and sent in an email the next day I had a reply asking for phone number , then I had a call and issue sort bivvy back up and running then I had an issue with the jet on my quad sent them a pick and they kindly sent me new part for free even though my stove is out of warranty.
Can not thank the whole team for their quick replyâs and support , and thanks to Adam as he personally sort my issues out

I had a problem with the boots I bought from Ridgemonkey . They were leaking , I contacted Ridgemonkey and I had a reply within an hour, which I didnât expect .Ridge monkey apologised for my issue ,and asked me to send a couple of pictures and proof of purchase , which I did and they sent me a brand new pair of boots .
I had them delivered the next day .
So I cannot fault Ridgemonkey customer service .48hrs from my complaint to receiving my new boots
I just hope the new boots donât leak.

My ridgemonkey head torch is not working how it sould be one of the charing lights is not working so drop them a email telling them my promblem nothing they can do without a proof of purchase have not got proof of purchase as it was a christmas persent just gone it a ridgemonkey product going back to ridgemonkey i dont know why i need proof of purchase i won't bother i will throw it away as i dont trust it to be on charge in my house you see this sort stuff catching fire what is they to discuss you can't do nothing for me as I do not have proof of purchase as it was a gift to me for Christmas
