Can’t praise Ridgeway Frozen enough. My order arrived when they said it would and frozen. The dry ice is incredible and keeps stuff frozen for ages. I used to order from Swell Reptiles but they let me down so many times with defrosted orders that I had to look elsewhere and I have to say I’m glad I chose Ridgeway

Booked in a transport for two atelopus hoogmoedi some very rare frogs in the UK it does say on their website they don't cover any losses in amphibians. However the condition they were dropped off in was embarrassing the male had a massive cut going down his back and had obviously been dropped and the female is entirely unresponsive and probably dead. Would not recommend for amphibians and to be honest seeing the neglect would not recommend for any animal

Do not use this company, my item arrived damaged, I contacted the company via all methods, no response, no contact from them. I paid £7:49 just for delivery and the item was damaged. Non existent customer service.

Fantastic range of frozen prey items, available in all sizes - exactly what i was after. They arrived rock solid frozen the very next day as promised.
I will be using them again and highly reccomend to any reptile keepers

Absolutely blown away by this company. Live in Devon and ordered mice from pinks to hoppers and they arrived fully frozen by lunchtime the next day. Very well packed in polystyrene box with dry ice pellets, payed for pre 1pm delivery and very happy with DPD. Box labeled very clearly with dry ice warning, urgent 24 hour delivery and perishable labels. Would recommend to anyone in the South of England and will always use them to get my snake food

I cannot find fault with this company I only order frozen mice but all 5 of my orders have been perfect the ordering process, despatch time, and delivery. I would buy in larger quantities but I don't want them getting freezer burnt but even with the delivery charge it still works out cheaper than buying them from my local pet.... Without a doubt I will continue ordering from here.

Simple easy to deal with, and first class servuce.

I ordered from Ridgeway and after i made the order i realised i had used the wrong address, a quick email to them and it was delivered on time to the correct house.
As always a great product, great delivery and always arrives in perfect frozen condition.

I am a frequent buyer from this supplier and most of the time the orders are delivered in a decent condition but i have just received my order and a few of the items were slit open with the items falling out (mice). I normally store the items in the original packaging but i am unable to do that this time and im going to have to transfer into other storage. The items themselves were in good condition so no issue there, i just wish that there was a bit more care taken with packaging of items, especially when spending a decent amount of money on the items and delivery.

Always comes in well packaged and in good condition.
