Every delivery is excellent, well packaged and frozen still frozen

Got delivered to a random address in the top of my close. No answer when knocked. I was in all day. Asked for a replacement but was refused

Always delivers super fast, great packaging, great quality frozen rodents etc and huge variety of sizes at great prices, best I have seen. Only had an issue with an order once and it was sorted out straight away. Highly recommended.

Used Ridgeway for the first time due to my local shop being out of stock. I had to message a query before purchase, it was weekend and they were very speedy replying. The delivery arrived today, extremely well packaged and the contents were still completely frozen, they look to be really good quality as well. I won't be going back to the local shop in future, Ridgeway is excellent.

I have ordered from this company a few times now and the speed of their delivery is incredible!

My most recent order was for frozen mice and I ordered on Sunday afternoon and they were with me on Monday morning! The packaging was excellent and the mice were very much still frozen solid

5* I’ve been using Ridgeway for a range of frozen food for my reptiles and also my dog for a good while now. I can’t recommend them enough I’ve never had a missed order, extremely well packaged a couple of deliveries have sat on my doorstep all day and all produce is still frozen solid when I’ve got to unpack it.

Fast delivery,well packaged and the rodents are good quality.

Ordered my rats on the 21st of August and it is now the 27th nearly a week later. I still have not received my order and I have sent two emails one hasn't been responded to for four days and the other a day. Still waiting to hear back and my snake is way past feeding time as a result. Terrible customer service.
