delivery was so fast - none of them defrosted!! most places they do come defrosted unfortunately so i was very impressed! will definitely be buying again from here, best place i’ve tried by far

My favourite supplier of anything!

I have ordered from Ridgeway many times, as a private individual, and through the course of my work. There have been a couple of minor issues over the years, but these have been dealt with promptly, professionally, and to my full satisfaction. Through the course of my work, this is my favourite supplier to deal with as orders are always on time and as described. I can 100% recommend this company and all that they do. A pleasure to deal with!

Whole prey arrive at room temperature -- "Do you have pictures and proof of temperatures as this never happens when we use dry ice which will dissolve in transit?"

Great service

Ordered 15x frozen rats, despite being below the required amount to guarantee that they would arrive frozen the did indeed arrive frozen in super quick time and really well packaged, will definitely order again! Many thanks
