Rigby makes it so easy to give my dog special treats! The squeeze pouch is such a genius idea and mess free which I love. It also is great for training which is huge for my 6 month old puppy. The clean ingredients are a huge bonus and absolutely a necessity for us.

I have reached out to Rigby Pets to see if anyone else has a hard time opening products. Got a quick response and the reasoning for the hard to open pouches makes sense. Trying to keep the products fresh

I don't think I could say anything bad if I wanted to. Rigby has been a big help when it comes to training two huskies! One of them is extremely motivated while the other...not so much. She will go after trees for the bare minimum but pull out a Rigby pouch and it's over! I'm so glad I tried these when I hear about them. They are the perfect high value treat!

Like most pet parent I was always giving my dogs peanut butter as an enrichment treat.. then I found out it’s very high in fat and should be given in moderation. I was beyond thrilled when I found Rigby, I’m big on clean minimal ingredients and they have become a daily treat and are also amazing for training.

We love the Rigby Team and their products. My dog, Mochi, is a big fan of the beef flavored treats. We love how portable it is for our busy lifestyle. We use it on our lickmats and as a topper for our meals.

I can’t say enough great things about Rigby! It has made training a breeze with my two Australian shepherds, from nail cutting to walking past deer. You can’t go wrong with any flavor and the high quality ingredients make giving it to my dogs an easy choice.

My dog Sullivan LOVES these pouches. I use them as treats, snacks on the go, and a meal topper. He is a very picky eater (standard doodle behavior), and the Rigby pouches make it super easy to get him to eat his meals. We do a lot of road trips to visit family in the midwest, and these are perfect for car snacks! These are also great companions for our hikes upstate!

The dog I’m training at the moment went crazy for it. I was able to keep his puppy brain focused on me. Love it.

Theo really liked it! I honestly wasn’t sure how he’d react at first, but he was interested right away. It’s cute, feels like good quality, and so far we’re really happy with it. I’ll definitely keep using it with him.

I got the 6 pack beef pack for my 10 year old whippet, she is a very picky eater, she didn’t want to eat it at first. I have so much trouble getting her to eat at first i tried it on her dry food and just in her bowl without food. So i was going to call and and get refund and was in the process and thought she would never eat it and tried one more time just plain by warming it up microwave after squeezing it out she like it warm. So i texted Rigbys to let them know that i need to refund them back the refund they issued me and they said just keep it . So if you have a picky dog just keep trying i never thought my dog would eat it but she did

We just received our first order. I had to reach out to customer service shortly after placing my order to inquire on shipping timing, as we were leaving for a trip. Customer service responded within 24 hours and was extremely helpful. Our pouches arrived 2 days after placing the order! So far, our dog has tried the beef flavor and loved it. I am very happy with my experience with Rigby this far.

There are great pet companies like Chewy, and then there's Rigby, whose entire business plan is IG ads. Where do I start? Their salmon pouch gave my dog diarrhea. They say the ingredients are clean, so I tried using three and a half of the pouch. Same issue, upset tummy. Had about 8 pouches; I didn't know what to do. Then, after signing me up for promotional emails against my consent. I received another shipment, yet no email was sent to notify me of my subscription, which I never signed up for. This is where I lost all trust in them. They sent me 12 more pouches when I'm out of town, and there's a heatwave going on. 100 degrees. I come home to a mess outside of my apartment, covered in bugs. I email them to explain what happened. Their customer service gaslights me into saying new treats can cause tummy issues; that's normal. Their pouches have a shelf life of 18 months, so no problem that they've been exposed to extreme heat; they're still safe to give to your dog. Lastly, they said they wish we could refund you, but we can't. I don't know about you, but I would never give my dog anything that's been left outside for 4 days in 100-degree weather. What's even more concerning is that they're claiming their so-called "natural ingredients, no preservatives, gums, or artificial additives" are safe to consume under these circumstances. So no, I would not support this company; they don't care about our pets, building a loyal customer service, or delivering any kind of care.

I had a very disappointing experience with Rigby.

My order was marked as delivered, but I never received it. The only proof provided was a delivery scan and a photo of a shared package room containing dozens of Amazon packages. There was no way to identify my package in the photo. No shipping label, tracking number, recipient name, or apartment number was visible.

Throughout the process, I repeatedly asked what evidence existed that my specific package had been successfully delivered. Rather than addressing that question directly, I received repeated responses stating that the carrier marked the package as delivered.

What frustrated me most was the investigation process. After I was told that management had completed its review and reached a final decision, I later learned that Rigby contacted my building manager to ask additional questions. If the investigation was still ongoing, I don’t understand how a final determination had already been made. If the decision had already been finalized, I don’t understand why additional investigative steps were taken afterward.

The building where I live has a shared package room serving both residential units and multiple businesses, with a high volume of daily deliveries. In my view, a delivery scan and a photo of a room full of packages do not establish that a specific package was successfully delivered to the intended recipient.

I was hoping Rigby would conduct a more thorough investigation with Amazon Shipping, such as reviewing driver notes or identifying my package in the proof-of-delivery photo. Instead, the company maintained its position without providing evidence that my specific shipment was ever received.

Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that customer concerns were not meaningfully addressed. I cannot recommend purchasing from Rigby based on how this delivery dispute was handled.

Great marketing but nothing behind it. There’s no customer service number and they don’t respond to emails or social media messages. I’ve sent several messages asking for the actual fat content, not just minimum and heard nothing. Yes my dogs like these, but if a company can’t tell me the as fed info, then they don't get my business.
