It was nice easy and comfortable to look out for a place, Bilal helped me and suggested some nice options

They'll lie to you to give you the room. TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY. The guy Bilal told me that there are two people living in the 3 bedroom flat, when i got there there was no one. One of the rooms was open and looked like it hadn't been opened since an year.

scheduled for a viewing however never mentioned to you it is a bulk viewing
saw at least 10 people when I arrived the property on time and kept me waited for 30mins+ as they have to do the viewings individually
they also use a relatively low price to attract people do the viewing and play their bidding game
a total waste of time

The team was incredibly helpful in providing options and alternatives for places in London that matched my preferences and budget. Bilal went above and beyond to ensure all my boxes were ticked. Usman and Hazel were very responsive during the reference check process. Despite some miscommunication, the team made the experience of finding a place in London much less intimidating. The process does take time, but rest assured they will do their best to help wherever possible.

I would highly NOT recommend them. Look it’s simple if you love to gamble then these guys are perfect for you. They tell you a price, then you put a deposit down so you can secure the place for you and just as you get ready to pack for the new place they’ll call saying; others are offering more money. Which makes me wonder what’s the point of a holding deposit if you’re holding nothing, it’s just to enter their little bidding contest. And if you’re wondering how the story goes get ready to offer more and more to see who wins the room. I want to recommend they rename their business to eBay-Rooms !!!

hey, I have rent a room at canary wharf for 6 months and the experience was very positive. even though coming from France they have managed to arrange everything very good. Especial thanks for Hazel and Mishy and also all the people of the company involved in the process. Room was exactly like the pictures. Always received receipts of payments and right room staff always answered my questions and guide me during the process.
