So far no problems. Moved in smoothly, very nice and understanding people. The letting agency near Kings Cross has super fun wall decor. Bilal helped me find my flat and walked me through the entire process.

I was trying bto find a property fulfilling all my needs and then I found Right Room and through the company I was contacted through Bilal who listened to all my needs and understood them perfectly. He is so calm and composed, never in a hurry and treats his clients like what a true professional must. The whole process which he undertook right from viewing to finalising the agreement and then after move in he was asking if there are any issues. It was nice to be associated with Right Room and a pleasure to witness Bilal as a person.

Bilal made quick respond and provided detailed information for me. I am truly thankful for his service since I have never been to London before as an international student. He was nice and friendly during the virtual viewing.

Just the worst. Their agents were unresponsive unless it was about payment, they messed up multiple times during the booking process and Bilal was a nightmare to deal with, the room was dirty and a cleaner only arrived once I moved in so I just cleaned it myself.

Bilal was great in sending various properties and keeping me up to date on properties on the market.

Initially i have not liked many rooms due to my requirements & Budget. Bilal kept his patience & ensured constant engagement to meet my expectation. His communication skills, patience & attitude are extraordinary. I wish Bilal to excel great heights in his professional career & personal life.
