Did an online quote and got a fair…
Did an online quote and got a fair price, accepted the quote and received paperwork.
My only worry is that should I ever need to submit a claim I’d have to do all paperwork from insurers myself which may be too difficult for me. Of course this may not be the case and it could be straightforward. So far so good. I’m

Making the payment was a nightmare
I have no idea how I can conduct a review on an insurance company I have not even started yet! However, making the payment was a nightmare. You were supposed to send texts and codes to make it work. I never got these. I contacted my bank who said it was your fault. After nearly 30 minutes the bank suggested I cleared the cookies on my computer. Eventually my payment went through. Not a good start.

If you have spoken with a member of our team, we would appreciate any feedback that you may have on the levels of customer service that you received.
We’re also sorry to hear that you had some difficulties with the 3-D Secure Verification. We appreciate that this would have been frustrating to deal with. Since the problem was resolved by clearing your cookies, it’s most likely a browser-side issue. However, we have raised this issue internally to make sure that our internal systems are doing their part to communicate with the bank's systems during the payment process as expected.
