Terrible experience at this tile shop. Maddy’s (Mohit) customer service was unacceptable — he was not truthful about the returns policy and kept changing his statements when questioned. No returns policy was displayed in store, which feels misleading and dishonest. The whole experience left me frustrated and upset. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service.

Liars and Thieves, asked them if these tiles will be around for awhile because I will need to order more and I dont want tiles that will be discontinued and suprise suprise they were discontinued and no longer purchasable within 6 weeks of purchase.

It took us a while to find right tiles for our kitchen and hall floor. We were recommended to visit Right Tiles. Very glad we did. Maddy recommended very good quality tiles, with wide colour range, so we have found the ones we wanted. Took very quick to make an order, delivery was in time. We have our kitchen tiled now and used about 60% of the tiles we bought, none of the tiles were damaged. Maddy is a decent professional guy, very easy to deal with. Definitely recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with Maddy. He completely failed to outline the returns policy until after the transaction was already completed, which felt very misleading and unprofessional. This lack of transparency caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. On top of that, the customer service was extremely poor — instead of offering a solution or showing any accountability, the situation was handled with dismissiveness and little regard for customer satisfaction.

Overall, the management and service were far below expectations. Clear communication and respect for customers should be a priority, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would not recommend dealing with Maddy to anyone looking for a trustworthy or professional experience.

Had an amazing experience with using Right Tiles for the first time. Went into the shop during the weekend and spoke to Maddy from the Crawley branch, he was really helpful and knowledgeable and helped us chose the right tiles for our bathroom. He gave us great advice on picking any extra, like the best colour grout, the right amount of adhesive and also the best colour tile trim.

The delivery of the tiles was really quick to their store, and was able to wait until the weekend to come collect the tiles. Tiles were in great condition and look amazing on the wall.

Excellent service, thanks Maddy, will be coming to you in the future for the next project

Do not buy from this company. The Hanworth branch advised us to get the wrong size tiles for our ensuite and want 50% of purchase cost plus delivery charges to return. They conveniently do not highlight the small print when selling to you. Fine if you are happy with the product but any issues good luck getting your money back. Customer service also abysmal. Couldn't be a bigger contrast to Eurotiles in Twickenham who are incredibly helpful and don't charge any restocking fees. Go there instead and avoid this place at all costs

Great selection of tiles and great prices.
The service from Maddy at the Gatwick branch has been second to none, absolutely superb.

Visited Right Tiles Watford 2 months ago to purchase tiles for my bathroom. At this point I had visited a number of other companies for tiles but had not committed to buy. As soon as I met Mohit, I was met with a smile and great customer service. Following a number of questions, which mohit was able to answer I was able to commit to purchasing the tiles that I wanted at a good price. From ordering to pick up, Mohit was very friendly and provided great service. I would highly recommend Right Tiles Watford. Arj

Avoid Right Tiles Croydon!
Ordered almost £600 worth of bathroom tiles — arrived in damaged, ripped, and even boxless condition. Instead of a full refund (as required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015), they unlawfully deducted a 25% “restocking fee.”
No official email, only endless back-and-forth WhatsApp messages, and zero accountability.
Unprofessional, stressful, and not compliant with consumer rights. Spend your money elsewhere!

Very impressed with all the guys at Right Tiles Isleworth. They are always professional, friendly and give service with a smile…If you’re looking for tiles I highly recommend them, they have a good selection of tiles and are competitively priced.

What can I say Sakeeb who works in the Iselworth branch gave such a warm welcome. Sakeeb went over and above with his service explaining step by step and offering his personal opinion when deciding my tiles. I will definitely go back to him. Thank you Sakeeb my bathroom tiles look amazing ❤️

I needed some tiles and Vimal at Crawley store was super helpful and got me everything I needed. He also went the extra mile when I needed some extra tiles. The quality of the tiles are really good and are priced really well. I would highly recommend

I had a great experience thanks to the friendly and helpful service, especially from Mohit. I placed an order, but unfortunately needed a few more tiles to complete my bathroom project. Mohit went above and beyond—he called around to other branches, found an extra box, and even updated me outside of office hours. On top of that, they offer excellent European products to suit a wide range of budgets. Highly recommended!

The owner of the ritetiles.co.uk is a star. I had a few issues initially with my order from Rite Tiles (Croydon branch) — there was a partial delivery, and I was concerned about the pricing. However, I’m really pleased to say that the owner and his team resolved everything professionally.

The remaining 4 sq meters were delivered promptly, and the agreed price of £27 per sq meter was fully honoured. The situation was handled well in the end, and I appreciate the effort made to put things right.

Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company responds — and in this case, Rite Tiles followed through. I’m happy with the quality of the tiles and the outcome overall.
