Store Managers Kunal and Vimal are very helpful. They take pride in dealing with thier customer needs. We bought 3 bathroom and more than 120 sqmeter outdoor tiles from thier Hanworth branch. Not only tiles were of fine quality but rates were reasonable as well.
Couple of packs came broken, after providing evidence replacement was arranged without any delay.
As they sell Spanish tiles, if you are short of tiles, it take 4 weeks to get tiles, Mt requestnto owner will be look into lead time for short stock order placement.

As a chartered building surveyor I have dealt with many tile companies and I felt so strongly that the service i recieved was worthy of commendation, exceptional especially dealing with Ali J who was very professional and helpful.

Bought 50 meters of tiles from Hayes store and the tiles turned out to be very good in quality. Store manager Rana customer services was very good. Recommended
