Very disappointing experience. I was charged USD 39 for a subscription I did not intend to continue, and I do not recall entering my card details or authorizing this renewal. When I contacted support, my refund request was simply refused and my concerns were not properly addressed. Poor transparency around billing and disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this service.
