This subscription is such a scam. They’ll quickly take your money and sign you up to confusing subscription plans with even more confusing offers that are never as good as they sound and then send you barely enough coffee to make a pot. Tasted like instant. Absolute rip off. CS is terrible too, they couldn’t care less. Avoid.

*in response to their reply. I have received one subscription box from Rise. It had 2 very small bags of coffee beans in and a can of something so sickly sweet it was undrinkable. It was worth a go, but I regret everything. Trying to cancel my subscription was met with clicking through pages and pages of tempting offers until I foolishly caved, clicked one and then was totally scammed. None of the offers work with each other, which is conveniently not stated in the email. I then tried to cancel my order and was told I couldn't and then told I should have read the ts & cs before clicking - THERE WERE NO TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO CLICK IN THE EMAIL. CS refused to listen, gaslit me, tried to fob me off with more offers that I wasn't interested in and then implied I was making the coffee wrong. Appalling service all round. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Still waiting on a refund.

Rise is fantastic - we have been introduced to great coffee roasters through the boxes. It feels personal and very much handpicked. You can tell a lot of thought and effort goes into selecting the coffee, but most importantly the coffee has been delicious. It is easy to get sucked into nice packaging = great coffee, so Rise is great in that it gives you the best coffee based foremost on taste

I love getting my box every month and trying the coffees out, the best coffee I’ve ever tried was in the first box I got. I order myself a bag occasionally but I still get the rise box because I have never not enjoyed the coffee inside and one day they will pick one that I like even more than the Ethiopian Hunkute 😂

I have got a subscription with rise coffee and Ilove the idea of getting milk with my order aswell .i highly recommend rise coffee ..the flavours are really tasty and refreshing ..i use my aeropress to make my coffee .delicious..

Their coffee has amazing taste. I used it both for myself and as a gift for my brother and we both loved it! Easy to prepare and amazing results. I had a minor inconvenience with delivery (whish was actually my fault) and the service was amazing. Not only did they solve my problem, they were also very kind about it. Would recommend 100%!!
And by the way. The box is just so nicely packed! I just love it

Most coarse coffee I've ever had - far too coarse for my French Press.

Everything else in the process was smooth, ordering, payment etc, but the coffee is just tasteless with my French Press. Perhaps some of the other coffee might be much better for my purposes, but for this reason I won't be ordering again.

What an awesome company run by the most genuine, nice and supportive team. I had to go back and forth on my advent calendar order (I couldn’t be more of an annoying customer) but Jen from the rise team was so understanding and flexible.I bought my boyfriend the advent calendar and as soon as he saw it he was so excited to open it (he was trying to take a break from coffee but has decided to postpone this to after Christmas because of how good this advent calendar looks). Highly recommend the product and most importantly you’ll always be taken such good care of as a customer as the people behind the product are so great!

Generally I've been purchasing my beans from another famous high-street coffee shop and they have been solid. However, recently discovered Rise coffee subscription and it has been a lot of fun.

Just price-wise, Rise box cost a little bit less per 500g of beans compared to the high-street chain I've used previously. Also, I enjoy the fact that I don't need to think too much about what beans I should get next. I enjoy having a variety every month instead of going for the same old. Coffee beans have been roasted freshly and usually about 7-8 days before receiving them which is a perfect amount of time, as coffee beans do need to sit out for about a week after roasting. So that first time I open the bag and smell freshly unsealed beans is wonderful and gets me in the mood for the first cup as I dial in my grinder trying to get the "perfect shot".

Also the box comes with an extra "freebie", which is an iced coffee can or a litre of oat milk etc. And within each box they include a little fold-out, with information and story about this month's coffee beans, where they came from, who roasted them etc. It's little things, but overall a pleasant discovery and journey every month for a very competitive price.

Been using the subscription service initially ordered 4 bags per month but received 2 of each coffee so reduced to 2 bags. I was sent a different coffee each month but none of them was particularly to my taste and worth the cost compared to the roasters I use (I enjoy the starter pacts when discovering a new roaster) The coffee seems to favour a particular taste profile which I’m don’t like so I have cancelled it. The free gift treats are not particularly good, bit annoying as I end up wasting them (would prefer an opt out and could potentially reduce the overall price- tier them?) I probably wont use again unless the price is reduced and there any option to opt out of the ‘free’ treat. I have recommended them to friends who enjoy coffee.

I used the service for a few months, using a code for free delivery, my last order I received £10 voucher off. In this I received 2 bags of coffee and some oat milk. The delivery boxes were delivered in good time and I was kept up to date with orders. I have also ordered and received the coffee advent Calendar to try.

I loved how promptly my trial pack arrived and the coffee is perfect i opted for the beans and I love then.

I get a lovely, delicious surprise every month when I receive my Rise coffee ☕ 🙌 it's good to be sipping on ethically sourced coffee aswel! And gets dispatched & delivered very quickly. Highly recommend this company 👌

I’ve been a subscriber for a few months now, and I can’t recommend this coffee subscription enough! Every delivery feels like a treat.

What really stands out is the convenience. The delivery is always on time and the customer service is top-notch; they’re quick to respond and super helpful with any questions or adjustments to my subscription.

Absolutely amazing company. The coffee is always so so good, freshly roasted and ethically sourced (they only work with independent roasters using direct trade). I've found so many roasters I didn't know about I now buy from while still ordering Rise to keep learning and discovering. I will never never cancel this!

Just got my box and couldn’t have been more pleased!
Never done such an awesome coffee box before, and can’t wait for my next!
I had to change somthing with my order, so emailed Ben and Alice and they got back to me and got it sorted within the hour!

Ordered trial box and paid for delivery, despite three emails and no reply still haven’t received same and also don’t know how to cancel subscription as they do not reply to queries

Ok idea. But having received the first box of a coffee not to my taste. I realised I can go to Whittards and buy the same quantity of one of my favourites coffees (still over priced) for less than a random offering from rise
