Jack arrived promptly as arranged to carry out the survey. His approach was efficient, courteous and not intrusive.
I received an email soon after the survey with the required certificate attached.
Full marks from me. Highly recommended.

The Riskaverse team were helpful throughout, from initial contact and setting up the survey with Jack through to Katie's survey.

I particularly appreciated the email from Katie immediately after completing the level 3 survey I requested providing an overview of what she had found and the speed at which she delivered a very comprehensive report. Other surveyors leave you somewhat in the dark and there can be an anxious wait to learn what red flags might have been found.

I liked that they told me red flags after 24hrs invited me to ask further questions as it is a lot of technical jargon and I'm a first time buyer. Didn't like that it's exceptionally busy time due to end of stamp duty holiday and found it difficult understanding a few aspects. Really helpful and answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly in the end. Amended review to reflect the service provided. Something like a Mobile contact or call diversion might be a good idea!

Risk averse attended our property at short notice to provide consultation on our roof. Very efficient and professional whilst also bringing a personal service. We received great guidance and next steps to resolve the problems we were having and no question was left unanswered.

Recently used for a Homebuyers Service. Just received the full report which is very thorough and clear to understand. The service provided all through the process has been excellent. At a particular stressful time (buying a house), the survey has been carried out quickly, professionally and with great customer service. Would recommend.

Excellent service received. Contacted to enquire about a survey on a house a am in the process of buying. I didn't know what survey to go for an Riskaverse pointed me In The right direction and explained the different options.
It was then booked in straight away with them sorting the date and time out with the estate agent. Once the survey was carried out I was then contacted less then 24hr with briefly any red flags and then the report got emailed to me on time. Quick ,Realibly and professional company cannot fault.

Commissioned a survey to inform a house purchase. Survey was conducted promptly, and report delivered well within the estimated timeframe (preceded by a list of 'red flags' the next working day after the survey). Was kept informed throughout the process. Would be happy to use Risk Averse again.

Used Risk Averse for a building survey on a home I bought recently.
Excellent communications straight from my enquiry and had the best price for the survey when I compared other companies.
Spoke to the estate agents and organised the survey to be done a few days later.
Received a red flag report within 24 hours then the full report 11 days later.
Report was very detailed and informative.
I queried a couple of things afterwards and Katie who dealt with my emails was again very helpful and prompt with responses.
