Extremely happy with the building survey Katie at Riskaverse provided. It was comprehensive and easy to understand. All queries have been promptly and clearly answered. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again and would highly recommend.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Katie has been amazing from start to finish. There were a few issues with access to the property etc which made completing the survey a challenge at times but Katie has been so flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process. I am a first time buyer and Katie has been brilliant at explaining things in simple understandable terms. Would highly recommend!

Building Survey done stress free !! Katie conducted a home buyers report for my new home. The process was quick, professional, detailed and stress free. From start to finish everything was done efficiently! From the approach with contact, a quick process and information displayed in the report was very high spec. Katie conducted a Building Survey for our new home and the service was great. An appointment was made quickly and we received a red flags email within 24 hours. The full report followed a week later and was incredibly detailed, including photos. Our mortgage wasn't dependent on a survey but this was money well spent when investing in a new house. I had the pleasure of dealing with Katie, and from start to finish she was nothing but professional and answered any queries I had promptly. I was informed of any "red flags" within 24hrs of the survey and received the full report a few days later. The report genuinely surprised me, not at what was found with the property, but the sheer amount of detail throughout.
