River Crest Surveyors レビュー

I conducted a Level 3 survey in Winchester. Their surveyor Mr. Michael Kus provided first-class service. He called me on the same day as the survey to discuss the findings, managed to deliver a draft report within 24 hours, and also advised on cost estimates for the remedial works. Highly recommend!

Had a level 3 survey with River Crest recently, they were super helpful on the phone, sent over a highly detailed report, and was able to speak to the surveyor directly on the phone after the survey, he gave lots of clear recommendations, really appreciated the effort and attention to detail!

Great, prompt service. No complaints!

Good choice, I had good experience in general. The surveyor was friendly and knowledgeable. Communication was good and the process was smooth.
I had an expert witness survey to check on construction done by a contractor and was pleased with the service I received

Very easy to arrange a property survey.
The Surveyor who did the survey (Michael Kus), was very professional and thorough.
An draft summary of the survey was promptly emailed to me. Michael also followed this up with a phone call, in case I had any queries regarding the results.
The final copy of the survey was very detailed (over a hundred pages of text and photographs) if I correctly recollect.
Also reasonable pricing for such a thorough inspection and detailed report.
I have already recommended River Crest to others.

Very effective, timely, and thorough. With lots of time for follow-ups to understand what all the information means! Can't recommend highly enough.

Very fast and involved

Nitin carried out our help to buy evaluation, good experience from start to finish.

Rivercrest has done a great job for a L3 survey and saved me losts of time and money. There was also a follow up call which broke things down a lot more.

Genuinely impressed! They may be at the pricey end of the market but it's well worth the cost. The communication has been excellent throughout, the report is detailed and clear, and the photos are incredibly useful to understand the issues. The booking process and online portal are straightforward and useful.

I recently used River Crest Surveyors for a Level 3 RICS Home Survey, and I couldn't be happier with the service.

From start to finish, the team was incredibly efficient and provided a very quick turnaround. The Level 3 report itself was exceptionally thorough, but what really set them apart was the outstanding help and support they provided throughout the whole process. They took the time to talk through the findings with me straight after the visit on that same day, offering clear, detailed explanations for everything to be written up in the report so I fully understood the property's condition.

If you are looking for a surveying company that combines speed with top-tier customer care and expertise, look no further. Fantastic service all around! Cant recommend you guys enough. Thanks for your help and keep up the good work!

We had booked a survey with River Crest and ended up having to cancel due to lots of different (out of everyones control) factors, but throughout the chaos, the team at River Crest were fantastic, they were honest, helpful, knowledgeable, and sent a full refund when we had to cancel. Thank you everyone!!

First class service from surveyor Nitin Randev who called us on the same day as the survey to discuss findings and with a tight deadline looming, managed to get a draft report to us within 24 hours. He also was very generous with his advice on cost-estimates for remedial works.

10/10 service, the report was completed quickly, at amazing value and with lots of details.

But I really appreciated how this surveyor goes above and beyond for their clients. The support whilst the survey was written and aftercare was spot on, and the surveyor was happy to talk me through the survey to make sure I understood.

I would really recommend this surveyor, as a first time buyer River crest made the process a lot less stressful!

I had a valuation completed and this was really well done too!

Super thorough, explained everything in plain English (no mysterious “surveyor-speak”), and saved us from what could’ve been some very expensive surprises. Basically, part detective, part property guru, part stress-reducer.

Highly recommend—if you need a surveyor, this is the one you want in your corner!

I chose a level 3 survey for peace of mind on a first time buy house and I can't thank Nitin & his team enough for the support provided. Not only did I receive an extremely detailed and comprehensive report, but it was also followed up by a 1-2-1 call to explain everything.

I had a very positive experience with River Crest Surveyors.

They are extremely professional and thorough in their work. What I appreciated the most is their honesty — they provide a clear and realistic assessment of the property without any exaggeration or cosmetic wording.

The report was detailed, transparent, and highlighted both minor and major issues in a very straightforward way, which helped me make an informed decision with confidence.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable surveyor who tells you the true condition of a property without trying to make it look better than it is.

Very efficient and easy to get hold of for communication . Also extremely helpful! Would highly recommend :)

Great service, friendly people and quick turn around! Would recommend

River Crest's speedy and decisive response to my earlier, critical review was so impressive that I will be using them after all, and look forward to working with them.

Noting my comments, the company made a proper apology and immediately changed its procedures, around the use of high-pressure AI-led sales emails, which were the cause of my dissatisfaction.

Such a high level of care for a prospective customer is quite exceptional. On this basis alone they deserve to do well.
