Scamming players with bonuses. They have popups advertising bonuses that they dont even offer.

Customer service is really poor.

Your usual no morals take your money and avoid paying gambling site
No live chat.
Customer services number is based abroad and not included in your exclusive minutes.

pathetic company used them for years and years sent documents and verified 3 times then i got a email asking for more documents source of wealth etc which i found massively intrusive so i offered to send all my i.d and pdf of my bank account not good enough for rizk so they banned me find it very odd seems like uk players arnt welcome anymore i feel there going down hill and just stealing fund and delaying now which is disgusting just read what other people have had to say since bonus buys was banned in uk they dont want us and support is rude and useless

Don't waste your time.

I signed up, sent all my documents to be verified which was time consuming and took me to chase it up.. eventually confirmed all verified.

I made my first deposit about a month later... First deposit amount £49... instantly my account is blocked and put on a cool off period until reviewed.. its now been over 2 weeks and me constantly chasing them for answers to just be told its 'still being reviewed'

How can you class a £49 deposit as quote ' high activity on your account' - haven't placed one wager with you and total deposits of £49... and then waste my time but Just leaving my account being reviewed.

Don't waste your time with a company who doesn't understand customer service.. such a poor poor experience

From my own experience, this site is good. I won some on slots and after I uploaded all my documents I got fast withdrawal and money was on my PayPal really fast. So far I'm loving it!

My very first deposit was lost.
Now i have to submit screenshots of the transaction and my bank statement as proof. Sit around waiting for how ever long until I get a response. Im glad i only did a small deposit to try out first. May as well kiss that deposit goodbye

Great selection of games and decent rewards however I am close to giving up with this site ,they block your account from depositing constantly because they repeatedly ask you to send statements and payslips every 3 months even though it’s clear I can afford my small stakes. you also have answer stupid questions by email repeatedly and on the phone otherwise your
Account remains blocked. I understand know your client and money laundering but I must have repeated the same procedure 10 times in less than a year. No other site does this after the initial money laundering docs.

I was given a telephone call from a representative from Rizk Casino as I had looked into signing up but didn't actually make a deposit. So he offers me a 100% match and 50 spins if i sign up he even stayed on the phone with me as I reset my password just to make sure the bonus was given to me but here I am 6 hours later 4 chats later 5 emails later and still nothing. Oh and they told me to please not play any games with the deposit I made until this is resolved. UNBELIEVABLE

They are crooks. Pure and simple. Please avoid. There's many good online casinos but rizk.com is the worst so far to my experience. If you close your account they will keep all you documents and not delete them. Don't even give them documents. They demand everything and if you don't oblige they will lock you out of your account

Joined Rizk about November last year. In January of this year, they asked me to provide documents. Not a problem.....I've gambled online for 2 decades, so am well aware of the procedure. Drivers license....no problem. Bank statement....no problem. However, another requirement was up to 3 months worth of payslips. I'm self employed, so do not have & never have had any type of payslip. I simply pay myself a wage when required. I told Rizk this and they said they'd get back to me within 24 hours with an alternative.

We're now 5 months on and I haven't heard a peep from them. So basically I've given an online company my personal details, to which they haven't even confirmed delivery of........Great way to run a business! I contacted them once telling them I was still waiting on their response. They never replied, so I'm not going to waste any more time with what is clearly a rogue outfit. I can see it a mile off as I've been the victim of many a rogue gambling site through the years.

Endless issues getting my account verified, gave them phone bill, passport scan, payslip... still not enough now they are wanting a copy of my works contract and a full bank statement. Never known such a corrupt site. i refused to send the other documents as there isn't any requirement for these documents by the anti money laundering legislation.

i some how managed to get through to the withdraw link and now my withdrawal is processing it says. however i tried to log back in later to check progress and now it says my account is blocked...

This casino is a joke no way of contacting them at all. Live chat was another site who said I need to contact rizk strange as that was who I was requesting a call back from. Live chat comes up with error 404 so I cant speak to them then. I used to play fine until I was winning already has sent ID and stuff then they wanted proof of funds sent it twice still not opened my account up. And sent everything they asked for so glad I never had a large amount of money because it would still be sat there.

they blocked me too, i have won 10 000 euros and they did not allow me to transfer via mastercard and also could not allow me to transfer via account because my county was not in the list, and at last they blocked me
