Have been with Rizk for 2 years…

Have been with Rizk for 2 years ...everything has been good..until they changed payment providers and now I can only withdraw a minimum of $90 nzd to my bank use to be $20 and when I got my winnings it was not the full amount $480 only received $440 for this reason will not be playing again with rizk or the sister company guts they are the same wouldn't recommend

Apologies for the inconvenience of a larger minimum withdrawal, we unfortunately do have to make such decisions based on the guidance of the providers and the fees that they charge.

A shorted withdrawal should be raised with customer service as soon as possible - you should always receive your full amount, minus any applicable fees.

They are robbers and the help team useless.

DON’T BELEVE THE HYPE..

Having played at Rizk for Several Months and followed all guide lines and verifications which were required by RIZK including Bank Statements, and payslips within 3 months, they have BLOCKED my account saying that I requested this in which they won’t send me the transcript or send me the email stating this..

There quite happy to take your money and will let you play freely until you win BIG or ask for a withdrawal of more than £800 pounds which my last WIN took over 4 Days for withdrawal, Since then they have asked for more verification of My Skrill Account and My Last Deposits on HEADED BANK STATEMENTS which I don’t mind but Blocking my account is Shocking without REASONABLE CONTACT from Customer Services by email or telephone and there LIVE CHAT is just another IDIOT spouting the same Excuses.

Played at this casino for 3 years now, I had no problems at all. But now things has changed alot! I will give my honest opinion about this 'casino', as at every other casino you of course need to verify yourself. Which is normal. So I did... I had sent all needed documents and I was good to go! At least I thought... my documents were accepted at all casino's but of course not at rizk... then I have sent different documents also very good but again not accepted... this went on for 1 month before all papers got finally accepted it's really not normal and gave me lots of stress. Then now the wheel of rizk... I'm level 340 playing with bets of 1 and 2 euro and always get free spins, cashback or double speed, never super spins, mega spins or even a jackpot. Every time you level up you get a extra wheel so I have spinned 680 times and most of the time 5 free spins worth of 10 cent. Better then nothing but for someone playing always there, you expect something better... at least I did and now for the live chat... not available??? Every time I try to contact them doesn't matter what device I get 404 page not found this is already going on for a year very weird that they don't fix it. I have sent multiple emails about it but of course no response. Really a great casino 😑. And now the final thing...for me at least. In the beginning I have won sometime 1000 euro always lost more but ok, the games were fun and I had hopes, but now... the slots don't pay anymore at all! I have spent 7000 euro in 3 months and I never won really never!! I buy sometimes bonusses of 100 euro and then I win 5 euro it's not normal. Really guys please don't play here, they steal your money in the end. You can't trust this casino

This is a follow up on my previous post. Tried to withdraw several times but my money just return to my account after around 24 hours. Direct bank transfer is the only withdrawal option they have which is really bad. They have multiple deposit options but the only withdrawal option they provide is the slowest one possible and they doesn't even seem to let you.

Its been a week now and after almost giving up on finding the live chat (very well hidden) they told me that I need to withdraw to the same bank which I deposited from. Too bad Muchbetter mastercard isnt a bank but an app.

I am currently waiting on an answer from customer service. Will update once it is over. For now though, still a solid 1 star.

Edit: Customer service is on it. It is going slow. Maybe I have spent 1 hour at customer service now. They say that my Swift number is wrong but that it should work if I try again with the right swift number.

They are currently checking if the swift is correct. They have a Malta license so they cant outright scam people but for a Malta registered company they must be the worst. Barely deserving a licence.

Will update once I am done with customer service. I think I probably will get my funds back somehow but the hassle and time spent have been a lot more than what I signed up for.

Rizk started out very well...BUT

Rizk started out very well. I quite like the idea of the levelling up and wheel spin bonus, however this site has some very dodgy games and I am not writing this review because of being a disgruntled gambler.

I am writing this because I was able to prove that the games were not giving bonuses even if I landed the right symbols. Rizk even admitted this and said they would get back to me and now has been a month without any change in the case after chasing.
Now after verifying my documents before this issue they now require more documents which is very shady. All casinos online usually ask for two, both ID and a utility bill, same with banks. But for some reason Rizk want more of my personal information which I have refused to give, especially since my case hasn't been resolved.

Now looking to sought legal action.

Avoid this casino and use Virgin, JackpotJoy or Bet365 for a better casino experience.

@Rizk - I will update this review accordingly if the situation changes.

Probably one of the best sites around

Probably one of the best sites around, great selection of games, quick payouts and helpful staff. Until.... you start winning to regularly, I went on a run of good luck and was winning some very nice amounts, wasn't long til rizk stepped in and did everything possible to restrict me. I'm now at a point that they want my works contract and salary, I'd already submitted wage slips so why they want my work contract I don't know. my accounts closed and I'm unable to contact them via live chat.

Played for a few days

PopUps. SOOOOO many popups. Asking for information they dont need and that they dont need as part of their license requirements, but they're gonna interrupt your gameplay every 2 minutes until you provide it.

Signed up to play just 2 games that I couldnt play on any other site. Gave up on them because I couldnt play those games in peace without repetitive, invasive popups.

How they get new business when they're this intrusive I have no idea.

Update : Sent in a complaint explaining it was intrusive and unnecessary, and they closed my account.

Dont bother engaging with them, they'll just close your account for being difficult.

Not impressed

I opened an account in the Croatian Rizk Casino.
KYC with no problems. The 100% welcome bonus kicked in hassle free. The choice of games is pretty poor, but one of the reasons I decided to give it a go was the Wheel. It is total rubbish though. I wonder why they offer a wheel at all when the result is anyway 5 spins on the lowest value. I had an extended session only because of the bonus, but the RTP is obviously set low, so I was nowhere near to finish the wagering requirement of 30x the bonus. I can not give any feedback on cashouts but will definitely go elsewhere to play.
Edit: After several deposits I made a cashout that went very smoothly, but the overall impression is still not good because no real loyalty rewards except of that almost useless wheel.

I’ve been with Rizk for a couple of years. Recently I’ve noticed that bets take time to settle, in one case my winnings weren’t credited until the next day.

Now it seems they want proof of income. According to CS, only a bank statement with the source of payment will do.

Took my balance out, and told them to go to hell.

server error, please try again!

I never had a major problem with Rizk until late dec 2020 - as off now, I can't play any games without a load message popping up stating (server error, please try again!) I message them in dec through the customer help service with them asking for me to send the screenshots of what pops up, sent them but didn't hear back again so message them again three times with them asking for the same thing and promised to deal with the matter via email. It's been weeks now and I haven't had any kind of email from them, I have all the screenshot of the conversation saved
